We stopped in while traveling. There was no one in line when I walked up. I ordered 2 coffees, 4 donuts, and 2 bagels. The order was placed at 0919hrs. I received the food within a reasonable time. I received the first coffee 16 minutes after the order was placed. I received the second coffee 20 minutes after the order was placed. There were 5 employees there and some just stood around talking to the few who were working. They weren’t talking about work related issues so it’s not as if they were training. There was one pleasant worker who had no training but was still on her own. We had to tell her where the donut was when we ordered it. She asked us to point it out because she didn’t know what it looked like. I would avoid this place and go across the street to Scooters coffee shop instead.

The line was long at the drive thru when we arrived, so we headed inside. That was a big mistake. We were ignored for a few minutes. I thought maybe they just hadn't seen us so I said hello a few times until someone said they'd be with us in a minute. A few more minutes go by and we're still completely ignored so I leave with my crying kids. At this time the drive thru was empty except for one car ordering. Went to QT instead where I was greated upon arrival and quickly able to get what we wanted.

Okay, let me just put this out there. I do not have a problem with foreign people, however, if you are going to own & operate a business in the United States where English is the prominent language, you need to be able to understand & speak English to take an order. I have been there numerous times since the management changed & it has been like this every time. Today, I had to pull up to the window rather than ordering over the speaker because she couldn’t understand me. That is pathetic. If this continues, it is going to make me not want to continue coming here.

Ordered through the app and got stale donut holes that tasted pretty dry. Iced coffee with 2 flavor shots of caramel was inconsistent with other Dunkin locations, but after reading some other reviews I guess I'm just glad mine tastes like coffee. Staff was courteous.

new management is unfriendly and the service is horrible. how can dunkin donuts be out of donuts? if it was a one time thing it would be understandable but they are always out of everything. today i ordered a butter pecan latte in drive through, waited 10 minutes in line before getting to the window and the worker was giggling saying they’re out of butter pecan. they couldn’t have mentioned that before i waited in line? i have no idea how corporate hasn’t shut this location down yet theres something every time i’ve gone i will never go back

I feel really bad for the employees. They’re really nice and super sweet, but they get overwhelmed at small requests and seem to not be trained AT ALL. Communication is really difficult and it always seems short-staffed and very poorly run. It’s been like this since at least last summer when I moved to Blue Springs. Also, they’re out of basic items ALL THE TIME, ordering ahead does nothing because they have a huge pileup of online orders and wait to start your order until after you walk in. Every order is very frustrating for both the customer and the staff. I‘ve literally only gotten the correct order maybe 2-3 times since last summer, and I go there multiple times a month. I don’t know if the management or ownership is bad or what, but this store desperately needs more employees, better pay/benefits, and SO MUCH TRAINING.

Every since the new ownership took over this place has been horrible! Got some coffee and donuts this morning and the young girl was super rude not too mention you can’t hardly hear anything on their speaker. They are hardly open and hardly ever have any of the specials that they have advised. I’ll put my money on Scooters, Starbucks, and Lamars donuts before I come here again. They lost a loyal customer which made them a lot of money due to the fact I always do big orders when I go because I have a big family.

They were out of the maple doughnut I wanted so I ordered a strawberry. Along with some other doughnuts. Got home and they barely had any icing on them. The powered doughnuts didn't have any powder sugar. Very strange I've never been to a Dunkin that was as stingy about their food.

This morning was a great experience at Dunkin for me. I used to always come here on my way to work, but with in the past several months I stopped because I was always over charges and the coffee wasn't good. Today was a shocking surprise and if the customer service, coffee and payment stays this way I will be coming back much more often!! Dalton has come in and helped train the staff, whom have always been nice, and the coffee is good! He is making the right adjustments to help this Dunkin'! Just knowing I can pull in at 515 am and get a good coffee I will drink is a relief. This is the way any store should be ran! Keep up the good work and great customer service!

I used to go to Dunkin all the time to get coffee, however recently my experiences with this specific Dunkin have been awful. Today I ordered a chai tea latte on the app, and once I arrived to pick it up I was informed they didn’t have the stuff to make a chai tea. I asked if I could replace it with a pumpkin cream cold brew. After there being confusion at the window on what I ordered, I was eventually handed my drink, that definitely did NOT look like a pumpkin cream cold brew. I took a sip of it and it was not what it’s supposed to be. I was also given a fat paper straw and dome lid for some reason? Needless to say, I won’t be returning unless something is fixed.
