Is the coffee is really a good here. I'm addicted to certain drinks and keep coming back for more. It also makes it special how nice the employees are if police are when I visit. Dietary restrictions: Lots of milk alternatives here.

I love their coffee. I can usually talk myself into getting something here most any time of the day, their drive thru is almost too convenient. Their burritos and sandwiches are tasty for breakfast, albeit a bit messy with the melted and runny cheese. Their espresso doesn't seem to have the bitterness that my homemade coffee has, from hot to cold to slushy. They seem to employ cheerful and friendly people and if it wasn't for them trying to upsell me some baked good every time I drive up, I would give them 5 stars. I know that they are told to do this and that, upon occasion, it works, but to me, it just gets repetitive and annoying after awhile.

Yesterday was charged for 16 oz and received 12 oz drinks. Today same thing until we asked about it. My lattee was made incorrectly (sweet). It was suppose to be made with unsweetened oat milk. Disappointing. In the day this Scooters was spot on.

Scooters, probably top 5 coffee joints in KC. If you like the star place that sells overpriced burnt coffee, you'll love scooters. Much better prices, much smoother tasting coffee.

They always get my drinks to me very fast, not to mention the workers are always so nice and have great attitudes! My favorite place to visit for coffee!

Love love love this place! Love the staff and love all of the coffees. They like my puppy too and he gets excited when we pull in the drive thru cause he knows he gets a pup cup. 🐶❤☕

I guess it's qucktrip for espresso. They close at 8 instead of 9 :( Even a small town that rolls up the sidewalk after dark does scooters better. Sure it was a little dark with the parking lights off, but your sign and drive-through was turned on. After waiting 5 minutes, I had to Google to see you were closed. Neither of your two employees came on to say you're closed. I can't understand hearing the drive-through beep for 5 minutes unless they muted it verses speak up. Or if it turns off, why can't you turn off the drive-through sign with it? 🤔

Super friendly service every time! I love coffee but always get really overwhelmed when ordering it and the are always so patient and explain the options to me. Plus my man is not a coffee drinker so their wide variety of smoothie options are a major plus!

This new staff is the worst. I would rather go to Caribou Coffee. This staff always looks miserable, the drinks aren't made as well as before. They even scimp on the whip cream! I noticed a change about two months ago. Bring back the guy with dreads,the blonde and the prior crew ASAP!!
