Two stars because everything is usually fresh (though I almost expired lunch meat today) but the customer service is really lacking. Are baggers not expected to know how to properly bag anymore? I’ve had chemicals put in the same bag as food, everything stuffed into one bag so it ripped, and my eggs were stuffed sideways in a bag with cans. I’d prefer to bag my own groceries here. One of the girls who works at the register clearly hates her job and doesn’t even greet or even say “you’re welcome” (if you hate it so much, quit). I’ve heard employees talk about customers in front of other customers. No respect from these lazy people.

I placed an order for cake for my daughter birthday we are 5 min from stater bros well husband got home to the Cake like this I called stater and they said well that usually happens with banana bring it back and will fix it. Like really im I supposed to leave all my guest being alone at the party just for a cake. They way the situation was handled was very unprofessional I also had dozen cupcakes so thats all I gave out. I had a total of 30 guest. And a few guest asked for cake. There was no cake at the party. Very upset with your poor professionalism if this always happen STOP offering banana.

Teach your employees customer service! I asked where to locate the vegan cheese and they pretended to go in the back and ask someone. Came out 2 minutes later and said we "don't have anymore." Found the vegan cheese and they had plenty! At checkout I asked them if they had a club card and the checker proceeded to tell me that they had a program but he had no idea what it was. Acted like I was out of my mind. I gave them three stars because they were fully stocked. And the quality was amazing!

Been shopping at Stater Bros FOR years . Most of the Employees are very nice . In the LAST year I've Noticed that the MANAGERS have NOT been AS Friendly, Mabe THEY are just too busy TO be polite , ?

I thought I had already posted this one.......bought some groceries and tried to buy some razors........I grabbed a voucher and presented it at the register.......the cashier takes it and goes to the cabinet to retrieve the razors........takes a long time and then returns to tell me they don't have any.......on my way out the door I looked over at the spot where he was looking.......right there plan as day......Mach 3 razor refills and plenty of them.......I pointed that out to the cashier who didn't really seem to care so I left and figured I would get them later.......about a week later I ran across the receipt and realized he charged me for the razors anyway........not sure if its just that location but whenever I go to the deli I never get immediate service.......no matter how many employees are working the deli or how few customer are waiting.......more than once even though I was the only customer and there were plenty of employees working the deli Ive had to say something to get service even though they are standing right there........not sure what most of the people behind the counter are there for but it sure doesn't seem like it's to help customers.......Ive been going to the one in south Fontana more often........its much better........I want to add the the manager or maybe assistant manager is totally cool and if I brought these things to his attention I'm sure he would handle it......just got a reply from Stater Bros.......there seems to be a misunderstanding......I wasnt mislead with a price.......I was ripped off.......I gave the cashier my tag that represents 1 pack of razors.......the cashier went to retrieve the razors.......he took a long time looking for them and then came back to the register and said he couldn't find them.......on my way out of the store I saw them......plain as day.......2 rows of of packs or Mach 3 razors.......I pointed it out to the cashier who didn't care........later I noticed that I was charged for the razors even though I was told he could find them and I didnt receive them.......another words I paid for razors and never received them

I’m so happy that this is my local Stater Bros, it’s nice and clean always, everyone is super helpful. LOVE the new smaller carts.! Great food quality. I can spend hours in there walking through every isle lol. During Christmas time, we always have fun looking for Chestnut the elf.

We prefer shopping at this stater brothers because the Mangers, workers always make you feel welcome. Well we bought this strawberry cake here and let me tell you it is one of the best strawberry cakes we tried. So moist and tasty you won't be disappointed.
