Everytime they get one of my packages they hold it for an unnecessary amount of time. I pay extra for 2 day shipping and every time my stuff gets sent to this facility (which is literally farther away from where my package came from than I am) they keep it there for so long.

The driver from this facility who delivered six 30-pound boxes of decorative rocks to our home was simply incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I arrived at our front gate as he was dropping the second of the six boxes over the fence. I ask him to wait a moment while I opened the gate, which was right there, so he could avoid dropping the boxes on top of each other and likely breaking or chipping a good many of them. Get this - he said, "They aren't rocks, but the boxes are heavy". Oh - of course, I ordered the products in the boxes, but I don't know what the products are! I told the driver multiple times to stop dropping the boxes on top of each other over the fence. He completely ignored my requests and my very existence! I saw the good condition of the boxes on the FedEx truck. By the time he dropped all the boxes on top of each other, the boxes were crushed and bursting open. Home Depot, from which I placed the order, was quite wonderful in immediately solving the problem of the damaged rocks for us. And I certainly made sure the powers-that-be at Home Depot know how incredibly poor this FedEx employee behaved; a direct reflection on the FedEx organization. This young man needs a serious attitude adjustment or needs to find another position; preferably one without public contact.

Was home all day and FedEx claimed to have delivered my package. They aren’t helping me at all. Three FedEx packages “delivered” but never received over the last month. Of note, I have had zero issues with UPS or Amazon. I work from home and walk my dogs several times a day so I’m constantly checking for packages. My point is they LIE. I am so unbelievably disappointed in FedEx. They lost/stole 3 of my packages and aren’t doing anything to fix it.

Been waiting on a package for an extra 2 day from a 2day package from sony & it have came it shows its on the that i was on the van for delivery but couldn't delivery it & i went the branch off where the distribution is located & they can't seen to fine it...? Its scan in but they can't find it...wow that's for taking my kid birthday PS5 absolutely horrible ppl...😡😡😡😡

If I could I would give negative stars . I came to pick up trailer that another driver dropped and it sit there for a week aleast because the didn't know we're the trailer was . Well I came to pick it up and found all kind of damage to our trailer. I have not driven the trailer for a month and I know it wasn't like that when I was driving it . But I don't know the other driver either so that that. The lady's in the office was nice and gave me the information to file a claim .

I probably would have given them 5 stars, but the 1st pick up failed. When I called to see why they didn't pick up my package, I was told that an attempt had been made at a certain time, but I know for sure that was B.S. because there were 5 adults in the apartment at that time. And there was no hanger left on the door saying that they had missed us. The one other thing is, when someone does come to our door my little Dachshund has a ear shattering bark to warn me. She never misses a knock. Oh, two more things, I gave specific instructions to the driver to knock loud, give me time to get to door (because I'm an old, fat, balding, disabled Veteran, who resides in the back of the apartment.) That same message was also posted to the front door. The next attempt went down with no problems.

Everything that goes through this specific location is literally always late. Service is absolute Garbage. I've had several packages end up in Bloomington and every single one of them was always delayed. I understand there's times where packages can't be sent out for delivery. But most people count on promised delivery dates. Get it together FedEx.

Worst fedex location ever. This is the second time my shipment paused here for 5 days straight. I don’t know why business keep using fedex. Definitely returning this package because it’s late already smh

FedEx delivery drivers don’t know much about numbers since they always deliver to wrong address! I don’t understand why they apply for a job they cannot fulfill just sell oranges outside of freeways that should be simple enough!

FedEx is 3 days late delivery my package. My package has been at this location for 3 days and still hasn’t left. Tracking shows that my package is suppose to arrive today and it is still at the facility. Hasn’t left the facility yet. I called FedEx and was told their station is backed up so I won’t receive my package until tomorrow morning (I will be out of the country for 2 weeks so I won’t have anyone there to receive it). They don’t want to help or go the extra mile for their customers. I do not recommend FedEx for shipping. I will be looking for a refund.
