Never go to auto zone. I've always been told not to go here. They hooked up a computer said I need new battery. Changed battery not the problem. Took it back then said well it's the alternator. I said ok then let me return this battery that cost $220 by the way and I'll get the alternator. They said ok. Ran into some personal issues with my family and now they won't even return the battery cause I installed it. Don't you have to install it after the computer says it's the problem to see if it's the problem. They're getting over on people with there computers and telling you something is wrong when it's not and won't return your money. No wonder how they stay in business. Would not count on them to help unless you plan on spending money for a problem the computer says is wrong and isn't what's wrong unless you plan on waisting money. I new it wasn't the battery but trusted the computer that was hooked up to my battery. I have 4 kids and now I've waisted time and money for their mistakes and computers and car still isn't fixed. I'm sending it to bbb and will do what I can to make sure they can't do this anymore. They don't care about you waisting your money. Like I said must be how they stay in business.

Needed a new battery and other parts. They was very friendly and one gentlemen hoped right in to switch out my battery. Very helpful, especially with being in a wheelchair and not able to do it myself. Made me laugh, and I moat definitely needed that. Thank you again 💯

Rude staff . The girl manager, african American, is VERY RUDE ! If you guys have that for running your store, nobody should not want parts !

They have workers in there that have no idea what they are doing . If they don't know what something is then they shouldn't be working in auto parts !!

They broke my keyfob sent me to another store without telling me they had done that. Didn't realize it until I was help at another store. Very disappointing they should have not tried to do anything if they didn't know what they were doing now my keyfob is damage.

You know I like AutoZone but this location has managers that are not only unfamiliar with the policies set by corporate but they also will actually willing to insult and degrade a customer because they think that they're right. Now with that being said I I did call corporate and I did complain and I was told they would rectify the problem. This wasn't a one occasion thing they've done this more than once if I were you I'd rather the extra mile down the road to the next location or to another auto store.

I was driving a 15 passenger church bus from 8 hours away when we started having problems with our battery. Our gps took us to the nearest auto parts store, which was O’Reileys. The man there helped us figure out which battery we would need but he was not able to change out the battery for us and we didn’t know how to do it ourselves. We ended up at AutoZone 15 minutes before closing. A gentleman named Barry was there and ready to help! He looked at our bus, said he’d be able to get us the right battery and change it for us. He asked if I had the vin number for the bus and I found it on the registration and told me that battery is under warranty. He then asked for the phone number of the church and when I gave it to him it brought up the previous purchase of the battery and showed that the warranty was still valid. I never would have known to even ask about that. Then Barry changed out the battery for us, even though by then it was closing time and happily sent us on our way. The customer service was above and beyond and his extra effort helped us get this issue fixed free of charge.

I've had one too many unpleasant experiences at this location. This will be the 3rd time I've shopped here for a specific task, oil change, and have received the wrong parts. And this is after I've started my oil change. Wrong oil filter. Had the same experience with my 2001 Dodge Durango. My thoughts, hire people who know cars. Not just hire because someone needs a job. You can tell more times than not that they are relying on the computer to do the work.

wow!! I never walked into an auto part store and ask if I purchased these items, can you help me put them on? (Wipers and headlight) Darryl was so positive with helping me and very attentive and on his job, I've never seen anything like it in my life. Usually sometimes they'll do it with a attitude or act like they can't do it. I was in and out and they were a little steady with the business. WOW! But ill definitely be back! Thanks again autozone! Your the best! ☺😊😊😊😊
