Anoja treated me like I was a criminal . Me and my boyfriend walked in July 15th at 12:25-12:30pm ,and she starred us down like we were stealing. I grabbed toilet paper and as checking out with her , I seen I had a $5 credit. She immediately exit the screen to pay and I asked her why . She said because it may not be my rewards or phone number???? Why would I randomly put in someone else's phone number off the top of my head !! I do not like this treatment and I get my prescriptions from here as well but may switch walgreens because I will not tolerate discrimination for the color of MY SKIN ! UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE !

Super super slow employees I mean they scan and check you out and it prolly takes anyways from 10-30 min for them to finally get you check out .they need a self check out because some people are In a hurry or super sick and have to stand around waiting in line forever. Almost every transaction takes soo long I rather drive to q different one but unfortunately when sick you want to go to thr place closest to home

I've had two prescriptions in less than a month's time be filled incorrectly. Both times I've only received a 30-day supply of medications instead of the 90 and 112-day scripts that were signed by my doctors. What makes this more annoying is that they both counted as a full refill despite only receiving a portion of the refill, so now I don't have any more refills available for either prescription even though I should. I sincerely hope no one else encounters a more serious problem than mine, because that could be potentially dangerous.

I visited Walgreens on Thursday May 27, 2021 to get some photos processed. I and my grandson were helped by Shane who had helped me once before. He is just wonderful. Service like this is hard to find nowadays. I'm just so appreciative and thankful for this experience. Thanks Shane and God bless you!

Just wanted to shine a light on Leana in the pharmacy drive through. She went above and beyond to get my rapid Covid test done even when the line caused me to be late for my appointment. She was great! I desperately needed to get it taken care of then and there. Thanks a lot Leana!

The cashiers here are just terrible. When they open up an extra register because people are waiting too long, they grab a person in the middle of the line to take them next on the newly opened register. God forbid you take the next person in line who has been waiting. I'll bet they want $15/hr as well.

Michael was one of the friendliest cashiers I have met in this entire city. Very speedy and courteous. They should make him a manager for all the hard work he does, really picks up the slack.

Michael is super nice and courteous ALL the time- tired or not! Awesome guy! Ryan is also a nice guy! Just wished the store was open longer! Maybe not 24 hours anymore but at least until 2AM!

I have been a customer there since 1994. The pharmacy department leaves a lot to be desired. Not only do you have long waits at the drive thru window but inside the store as well. Their computer system seems to " lose" your insurance info from one visit to the next. But the straw that broke the camel's back was when they tried twice to charge me $10.00 over the retail price for Benefiber!!! It is not covered by insurance as it is an over the counter product. However, I have an FSA card which requires the physician to write it on a script so that I can pay for it with my FSA card. My own money, by the way. Anyway, I was tired of arguing with Walgreen ' s and holding their snail pace line up any longer. I switched to Walmart!!

Their “Nice” brand products taste pretty good and they have the best diabetic (including candy) supplies I’ve ever seen. That’s the good. The bad is the Pharmacy. To get off cheap they replaced the pharmacists with “Pharmacy Technician’s” at 1/5th the pay. They don’t seem to know how to do anything but scan bar codes, make change and be rude. Their help wanted ad for pharmacist’s says “As a Walgreens pharmacist, you’ll be front and center“ (The truth is the pharmacists spend their time in the back of the pharmacy filling prescriptions as fast as they can. My guess is a quota system.) “Interacting with our customers” (Asking for a pharmacist after an 18 year old “Technician” couldn’t understand that 40mL of insulin won’t fit into 30mL syringe got me glares and glimpses over her shoulder at her work station. Again smells like a quota system.) “Asking and developing strong patient relationships.” I don’t see how. The employee turnover rate is unbelievable. Decades of being a customer currently taking eight different prescriptions and no one could remember my name. Literally dozens of incidents later we began to have serious doubts about the competency of the pharmaceutical staff. I’m 65, Sis, 69, my Mother, 93. After decades with Walgreens the service got so bad we took our families pharmaceutical business across the street to CVS.
