READ NOW !!On 04/20/2022 I saw a guy calling the police on a black guy I highly don't believe the guy was stealing . Soon after like 12 mins after I walk in . I caught a flat on highway got off exit now I was stuck at quick trip . This guy name Len I believe he said after I asked his name because he was being Rude to me . He told me specifically to go back out there with my flat tire . I felt embarrass ,an totally don't deserve it. Co worker's of his was laughing hard too. Like Len was putting on a show for the young lady's. Len was an older guy. Manager type guy move very fast . But he still slow in real life unfortunately. You do not treat any customers disrespectfully,an told me to hurry up. Qt air pump was also broke down . . He need to be punished in some way just because I'm black he started with me for no point. But also he was on a another black guy head before I decided to come in.

Quick Trip is always busy, however, they always have enough qualified, motivated, enthusiastic staff to move the lines! I love the food bar in back, the beef hot dogs, nachos, ice cream cones, etc. I am a Quik Trip fan for life!

The cashier working on 9/2/201 @ 4:49 pm was acting weird and eyeing customer items. He stated prices went up in things, like cups of ice. I asked “when, because I was here yesterday.” He said, “today.” After paying the regular price, I walked back to the ice machine, which was barely working and the price hadn’t changed. I told him it was still the same. He said , well, I’ll check on it.” It just felt sketchy and cringy-like to me.

Friendly and intelligent staff, very clean and organized. Would’ve gave 5 stars but for the price of the QT kitchen food you ask, I expect better. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve ordered a simple chicken bacon ranch flatbread with crispy jalapeños and they forget the jalapeños. It’s one item man. On top of that, no one gives the same portion of proteins. You might end up with a flat bread stuffed to the max, or a flat bread that legitimately looks like it’s been ran over because there’s hardly any proteins at all. I won’t continue to buy food here.

Derrick was a breath of fresh air, he did not hesitate to ask if I needed help with my wheelchair. That's customer service and satisfaction. Normally when a person comes to any Quicktrip I notice that the employees go above and beyond to help anyone who asks or if see something they will ask, where else you gonna get that?????NOWHERE.

Let's begin with the icee machines they're out or they're not working. Women's restroom someone literally peed and pooped on the floor and it hasn't been cleaned up & the other stalls are decorated in toilet paper and other nasty stuff. You could tell on the inside of the toilet it hasn't been cleaned because it has a horrible ring of black around it. The hot dogs were old and dried out. Maybe they were having a rough day or maybe the customers are just trifling. Either way, I wish the District Manager could have seen it. The staff were young, not sure if that has anything to do with it but I didn't see any leadership. Unless you don't mind catching cooties while going to the restroom, I don't recommend this place unless you are desperate.
