Went in to have the code read on my check engine light and the equipment was smarter than the operator. He kept putting the wrong engine size in and it wouldn't read. Told him three times what the engine was but I guess because he works at a parts store he thinks he knows more than anyone on the other side of the counter. Won't be going back

The staff here have always been very helpful and seem to know their stuff. For example, the other day I came in because my power outlets stopped working. I had a suspicion that I blew a fuse, to which they confirmed that that was most likely the issue. One of the gentlemen that works in the mornings actually came outside to help me locate the blown fuses and basically ended up changing them for me. He didn't have to do all that but I was extremely appreciative. Thanks, O'Reilly!!

Everyone I know who goes in this location when the older white guy with the beer belly and facial hair is rude he doesn’t help anyone he feels entitled I guess because he says he’s the “manager” we always get the worst customer service from only this location and today we came to the conclusion we just won’t be going back.

Well it was a Saturday morning June 4th when I was getting ready for a big day.I went to start my car and my battery was dead. I got a jump from my Daughter and I headed for O'Reilly's. When I arrived luckily they were not to busy. I walked up to the counter and met a fella name Dave.I told him what I needed and with in 5 minutes he had it on the counter ready to buy. I ask him if had time to change it out for me and he said sure just give me a minute.15 seconds later he grabbed some tools and the battery off the counter and headed out the door asking me witch car was mine. With in twenty minutes he had me back on the road again. I was so thankful that the following weekend I BBQ a big thick juicy pork steak and baked potato and brought it to him for lunch. I would like to tell the O'Reilly Auto store Company what a superb employee you have working for you. I've owned a swimming pool Co., for 44 years. Built in ground swimming through out St Louis area, and I wish I had such a employee like Dave working for my Company. Because of Dave, I and my employees will be doing business only with O'Reilly's Auto Parts Co. Again thank you Dave you saved me that day!

I have been a long time customer of O'Reilly, since when I first could drive. However, that has ended today. I called them to check the price of an item, as with a 3 month old it is hard to just jump in the truck and go to the store. He answered it quickly, I asked for the price of the item and before I could finish the employee promptly said, "I don't know, you'll have to come to the store and check for yourself." I mean, are people really shocked that retail is dying when customer service is of this high of quality. Don't care if this changes anyone's mind about this location, but I know for certain even if all other auto part stores went out of business and only O'Reilly was left, I'd just decide to walk instead of having to deal with them again.

This was after I walked in and walked past the two employees who had been at the front and said “hey how are you doing?” With eye contact and had no response from them.
