Excellent service again. They took good care of our car and had it back to us within the predicted time window. One issue though. Covid rules were followed by everyone except one male customer, who walked around a lot, mostly outside, but still too close to others. I kept far away from this guy as possible. Who did this guy think he is? King Donald? Where was a manager to straighten this guy out?

Everything from the phone call, to the check-in process, to the short-wait (with my kids), to the check-out went so smoothly! VERY superb customer service, specially compared to other Quick Lanes. I have FOUR locations closer to me, but my kids and I prefer going all the way to Fairfield. In addition, I noticed that my oil won't be due again for another year! Amazing!

I'm not even entirely convinced I received the service I paid for. "The works" included a tire rotation which I was due for and I felt maybe my front left tire needed a little air. When they called my name I went to the counter and asked if the tires were found to need air? He said "well I don't know that". In my mind I was thinking, hey service man, the paperwork is in your hand, can you just answer my question... I reviewed paper I received when I left, no mention of psi check. Like I said in the beginning, very impersonal, I'll most likely go elsewhere next time.

Up until today (5-18-18) I have been very happy with the service and customer service that Ford Lincoln Fairfield has been providing me since I bought my Ford Escape from them in July of 2016. However today was not the case ! I called the Quick Lane dept.yesterday (5-17-18) to see about bringing in my vehicle for an oil change the next day. I was told by the "manager" that if I brought it in around 7 a.m. that it would be ready by 9a.m. which was my request because of time constraints for this day. I arrived at 7:05a.m. and there was four people ahead of me(no big deal) and I asked how long it would be to get a oil change and was told "at least" an hour and a half just to get to my car since they only had 1 tech there at 7am but 3 more coming in at 8am. I asked how about first thing Saturday morning at opening and his response was "oh you'll have to leave it here if you bring it in on Saturday". Really, for an oil change on a Saturday being there right at opening ! Ridiculous !!! I chose to wait today(was given a number to be called to get checked in) Only 2 people were ahead of me after a number was called and 25 minutes had passed and my number was still not called ! I got up and left and said I'd be back on Monday ! Whoever is running this department is doing a bad job of both training and scheduling ! I understand more techs later in the day to get the work done by closing but also there should be at least 2 oil change techs there at opening to handle this ! Truly ridiculous ! Not a happy customer !

This review is for the full service department....they are always great, they take good care of my car and don't try to pressure you into un-needed repairs. It's hard to find a dealer, of any kind, that is honest. I've used the fast lane a few time, when I just need an oil change, they were fast and convenient

I wish they were many like Adam at Ford's service Fairfield, he helped check my focus 2014 out and got to find other maintenance issues which i was unfamiliar with, i was very impressed. I went in with an oil change alert popping up on my dash and he found the leaks etc. Good thing the car was still in warranty but i am extremely happy with his help, got to use a loaner for a day n half, was all good. Ask for Adam when you need service at Ford Fairfield guys 😊

Fairfield Ford Quick Lane service is so crowded I couldn't find a place to park on my first visit so I ran a couple errands and returned 2hours later. Found a parking space,Yay, and went inside. Asked how long the wait would be and was told a couple hours!!!. Not Quick Lane. The retail store has so much inventory parked Everywhere there is only 1 1/2 traffic lanes entering and exiting the property. Not a safe situation. As their service dept kept my car for 6 days on a due bill after purchasing my car I was hesitant to bring to them for normal maintenance service. I will not be back to Fairfield Ford EVER! I'm sure the employees are nice and competent, but their service dept isn't about Customer Service.
