I found them with an online search and they got me in immediately with a fair quote and fast service. I was very pleased with price. I saw that my wheels were filthy from the car being outdoors a lot and wish they had cleaned them off, but they run their business on volume so I get why they don’t. It’s a basic service, employs a lot of folks and I’m glad I found them. They answer their phones promptly, give reasonable, helpful estimates and we’re very popular with locals. Great experience here although it was short due to being able to move our stuff into our new home sooner. Jamie, the property manager, was very personable and helpful with any issues I had including getting our account closed on short notice. We would definitely use Central Storage again! I have filed with Jackson Hewitt last year and it was fine, but this year, I filed with them and they screwed up big time. I needed that money for bills and filed in a timely manner so that I could use it. Now, I am screwed and i have to wait again to get my refund. Im paying them $393.95 to be exact to file my tax, so its not free. I dont mind spending that much money coz i know they'll do it right. Well I guess it not all of their agents, just on this one in particular. None of their agents on this branch can't explain what went wrong. They get paid by an hour, they dont care..I will NEVER use Jackson Hewitt again. ~master

I’ve been to many commissary over the years this place is dingy old dirty, not to mention horrible customer service. I witnessed the employee he’s a man that sits at the self checkout center being rude to customers, refusing to help them. Just sitting in his chair mumbling words underneath his breath. Employees don’t care about their job they just want the paycheck. They don’t care to keep the place clean. No sanitizing wipes to keep the carts cleaned nobody cleans the carts Shame on our military for allowing this ~Valerie

Friendly professional experience. I have a 2011 Prius with over 170k on it. Got my brake check, but no need for the replacement yet (original brakes still: 5mm front, 6mm rear). The advisor recommended checking again on my next 5k. I need my alignment as well, unfortunately, the machine was down that day. 4/2/22 ~Curious

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ever, ever, ever go here for Car repairs!!!! The staff and especially the Owner are EXTREMELY Dishonest and they Lie about anything and everything! They make up stories to trap you into having to pay for services. They will lie straight to your face and say things like "you called them to approve them to do work on your vehicle when you did nothing of the sort!!! They charge you the most inflated prices I have ever SEEN!!! They are horrendously rude and disrespectful! They have NO ethics, morals, or values. There motto is the epitome of (SCAM THE CUSTOMER AT ALL COSTS). Will NEVER EVER have work done by them again!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Staff did not offer to help me when I entered the store. I tried finding what I needed after the manager pointed to the direction of the brand I asked her about, still no one offered to help me. I looked and could not find what I needed, so I went back to the manager at the front counter, where she stood with two other staff talking. They did not acknowledge me, They were very rude. Then the manager stayed at the front while she told the girl who was already helping someone else to show me. That person did not help me find what I was looking for again just pointed me to the area. Wow, F this place and the manager who doesn’t like to help or do anything obviously. Don’t shop here, I left with nothing and totally wasted my lunch break going here. ~B

I would've given this place a 4 star but, i spend $200 yesterday on this place only to get treated like a thief because their sensor system is retarded. So humiliating when like 20 people are staring at you. At least they apologized but not cool that it happened. Please make sure you guys fix that. Love the low prices but I can take my business to H&M instead. ~P.M
