Staff did not offer to help me when I entered the store. I tried finding what I needed after the manager pointed to the direction of the brand I asked her about, still no one offered to help me. I looked and could not find what I needed, so I went back to the manager at the front counter, where she stood with two other staff talking. They did not acknowledge me, They were very rude. Then the manager stayed at the front while she told the girl who was already helping someone else to show me. That person did not help me find what I was looking for again just pointed me to the area. Wow, F this place and the manager who doesn’t like to help or do anything obviously. Don’t shop here, I left with nothing and totally wasted my lunch break going here.

World Class Excellence in products and more importantly, salon services along with expert advice! I read that Jessye was highly regarded at the Fairfield Mall, and I too was lucky to have my hair cut by her. Within seconds after discussing the cut plan , I looked much better. I spoke with her at length later about my hair's condition and what I had to do to improve it. Ulta carried precisely what I needed and the how to advice to improve my hair's overall appearance! All this for such a low price! Thank You Ulta, we love you!

I went in there to buy some cologne for my father but the staff was super busy and the majority of the fragrances were in cases so I couldn't test anything. The staff could have been more organized.

I feel like every time I come to ulta they never have matching shampoo or conditioner. Like there will be a small bottle of shampoo or conditioner and the largest size of the opposite. Or there will be a shampoo but not the matching conditioner or vice versa. Its pretty annoying and challenging. Idk if the buyers are just unaware of how the products are sold or dont really care... but this is across all shampoo brands not just one.

The store is usually stocked well. Only thing I didn't like was being next in line, and told by next available cashier, to wait while she text on her phone. Another girl ended up taking me, and was very sweet.

Nice store. Good variety. It is a smaller store for an Ulta. If you do have questions it can be a little hard to find someone to help you. At the store you're kind of left to your own devices. The only really disappointing thing is that you can't shade match because of COVID so it can be hard to know what shade for a new foundation.
