I love the staff! They were so helpful to me as I was getting ready for an event. They were honest and I appreciated their opinion. I know exactly who to look for when I go in there. I went to the Opelika store today looking for specific products.My experience was not good at all until I was about to leave. I originally asked one employee for the type of product I was looking for. After she stomped over to the section I was asking her about, she was rude in answering my question. I thanked her anyway. As I was walking to leave, I was approached by an employee that asked if I found what I was looking for. I told her I had not but that was ok. She asked what I needed and not only did she help me find a product but she was so kind and sweet to me. Her name is Hannah. The Opelika store is lucky to have her.

Got my hair done in the Salon by Katie. She is absolutely phenomenal. I get so many compliments on how great my hair looks and how good I look. It’s all because of her! Definitely recommend her.

I can not speak for the salon, but the employees who helped me when I came to shop were very friendly, patient, and sweet. I called to place an item on hold and they were happy to do so for me. I decided to shop around a bit afterward and was checked on once (not ignored, and not pestered). This is the first time in several trips to various Ulta stores that I have been told at the register how many reward points I have, and asked if I would like to use them. This store was well stocked and had everything I was looking for, plus some new items I had not seen at my local Ulta. It is worth it for me to drive a few extra miles to shop here.
