Do not go here for moneygram pickup. If they don't have the cash in their register you can't pickup. Makes no sense

CVS has a wide assortment of products to meet all your needs, from magazines to cacti. This CVS is one of the busiest pharmacies in town because it is directly across from East Alabama Medical Center but they always have what I need. I may have to wait in line but the pharmacist and the technicians are very friendly and helpful. If you like this review, please like and share it. Have a great day!

Gave me the wrong number of antibiotic pills. Gave me 23 instead of 28. I noticed the mistake two days later (Monday) and called and told them I had taken 11 and had 12 left. She says “oh so we gave you 24?” Then she says she’ll order some tonight and will be there tomorrow and will call me if she can’t get it in. I go to pick them up Tuesday and they say they aren’t in yet and they’ll call me Wednesday when they’re ready. Wednesday comes and they aren’t ready. At this point I’ll be out of my antibiotics by Thursday and I don’t trust them to have them by then. Have to spend two hours on the phone trying to get them to transfer my prescription to another cvs where they do have more of the medication, but they won’t do it. Have to track down my doctor from the urgent care to write another prescription. They told the doctor I was out 7 pills, and fulfilled the next prescription for 12 at a different cvs, which I had to pay for again. So not only did I waste a total of 5 hours between calling multiple times and making trips, I had to pay for my subscription twice because they refused to transfer it since I had already picked it up. Complete nightmare. Never again.

I have had so many problems just recently with this pharmacy. I recently just today picked up a rx for my 4 month old, went home, not only did they leave out the measuring syringe but they never mixed the antibiotic medication. That is completely dangerous for anybody let alone an infant. Will be changing pharmacies asap. Would not recommend to anybody.

Horrible horrible service. Rude, rude, rude. I get a notification on my phone that my rx is ready. I go in an hour later, stand in a long line only to be told my rx is not ready. This was my 2nd trip there today trying to get my rx. She tells me there is a huge cardiac risk for the rx my cardiologist prescribed to me. I asked, so the insurance is overriding my dr? She replies no, our system, and adds the that pharmacists know much more about rx than dr's. Meanwhile during all this, a man behind the counter had pointed out my rx lieing right there on the counter in fromt of the pharmacist the whole time. I am done with cvs. Never again will I be treated this way.

Absolutely horrible service from Pharmacy staff. I asked if they can order prescription from specific manufacturer and the person I talked to was very nice. He said he will transfer my prescription from Walgreens, get the order placed from specific manufacturer and will have it available by Thursday, 7 days from the day I called. Past 3 days I called for a follow up to see if they got the order placed. Got in touch with another guy named Alex and he said they have not be able to get in touch with Walgreens to transfer the prescription for 2 days. A lie, but I asked him to see if he can follow up again. He said he would get it done by the evey and will call me the next day. No updates next day so I called. He had no idea about what we discussed a day before. I personally drove to the pharmacy and he then took my phone number and said he is going to get it done the same day and will call me with updates before he leaves for the day. Another lie. No call backs for two days. Now it says pharmacy is closed temporarily. I called Auburn CVS and had much better service. Wish management would see this and work on improving customer service.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever used. I understand being understaffed but 3 1/2 hr wait on filling a medicine because at 10am your pharmacist won’t be there for another 2 hours and you give them a extra hour and still 3 hrs later your prescription isn’t filled because the pharmacist is giving COVID shots too. And you have to wait another 30 mins….total 3 1/2 hours!!! I wasn’t the only one. You should be more worried about filling your customer’s prescriptions!!

Pharmacist and staff hhave horrible dispositions. No courtasy or professionalism, I felt like I was a bother to them. The black woman was the only one doing a great job. She was friendly helpful and expedient. The front registries were also great. I haven't considered changing pharmacy's in 12 yrs but I don't know now, we'll see.
