I called the other day to try to find out the best deal on the IPhone 13 Pro to switch the lady that answered the phone was very disrespectful and has no respect for the customers that call there. Sorry she didn’t mention her name but I asked to speak with a manager and they hung up in my face. I’ll stay with AT&T

This store is super helpful every time I go there. The staff is great, especially the store manager. Dennis is great at suggestions and recommendations and also problem solving. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and I'm impressed with the service I received.

Called about new iPhone 12 deal, was yelled at by a black female employee who refused to hear my questions!!! Who went on and Lied and said I threatened her, when all I asked was about the deal and she kept telling me about what I qualify for, not answer my questions at all!!! This location hires people with NO communication skills, called corporate though. Hopefully the fire her immediately!! All I wanted to do was ask about the deal!!! And she over talked me and didn’t understand my questions, at all. Management does NOT make sure to hire people who can speak to the public!!!

I have had Sprint now T-mobile for about a year and have been very pleased! I went in store today to discuss my account and Ms. Nakia was a joy to work with! She answered all of my questions and made sure I was getting what I needed! Very happy.

Spencer was a great help! I very much had one on one attention and had my problem promptly solved. Efficient, kind, and helpful are definitely traits that I experienced with their costumer service. Definitely would rate the customer service a ten out of ten. Spencer was again a great help!
