I ordered the new Galaxy s22 Ultra online to add a line to my account. When I received my phone there were some issues with someone else's info on my phone. I made an appointment online with Tiger Town Verizon Opelika. Did not have to wait but 10 to 15 minutes after I arrived. I have to say I had the best rep to help me. Shout out to Glenda!!! Amazing, helpful and very patient. It took us 3 hours there to finally get everything straightened out!! Thank you so much for all of your help. I did not feel rushed and even though when it was time for her lunch break, she stayed long enough to complete my order!! Not sure who checked us in, but Thank you for being so nice!! And making my visit pleasant. Glenda you are so sweet and such a knowledgeable person. Thank you, again!!!

Although I signed up via corporate. When issues happened Aaron made everything more simple until corporate fix the issue they made. He truly cared about a solution. Now my issues are resolved 😄 update: Jessica was so helpful and knowledgeable! She really made getting my new phone simple! When reps are knowledgeable, it makes the customer service better!

Terrible experience. Can not even believe this was a Verizon experience. Started out decent. Manager Brian seemed willing and eager to help and the greeter seemed to be the ray of sunshine that kept frustrated customers sane. There is an employee there that DOES NOT want to deal with customers. Had I received one more eye roll during the process I was going to walk out. He needs to find a new career path that does not involve customer service or professionalism. Verizon needs to step up and start setting their standards higher. Today was a joke.

I want to say I realize the salesperson is exactly that, there to make sales. But my situation was borderline unethical. I came in with my wife to try and change my line over from my parents account and upgrade my phone. The woman that helped seemed like she did not want to be there at all. Then, assuming because I am young and starting my first plan, proceeded to tell me that with an upgrade and the new line my monthly payment would be over $120. Which is odd because when I calculated it online it was about $70. We walked away because that was more than we were prepared to pay monthly. Come to find out, my price was correct. She told me multiple flat out lies to try and upgrade my service, which she said was necessary to get my trade in value, which was just wrong. Also she decided to mention what she gets commission on, which of course is by upgrading my line or selling me the insurance plan. After I went home I made my upgrade online by myself, no upgrade to my service, and after my trade in guess what. My monthly payment is around $75. I’m not sure I will ever be able to trust these employees again, and doing it by myself with curbside pick up of my new phone was so much easier. Even though while in my car, they tried to sell me a charging block, screen protector, and case. I politely declined and went across the street to Best Buy and spent my money there.

I probably should have read the reviews before heading in. We normally handle everything online but this time I thought I would give the store a try. I’m thinking the same guy who doesn’t enjoy his job (like in some other reviews) was the one that I got stuck with. My upgrade took hours when I was told 15-20 minutes. Other representatives seemed to be more helpful, no eye rolling or heavy sighs and they were way more efficient with their customers. I wasn’t even offered any type of credit or discount and the other employees and manager could clearly see what was happening during my experience. Unprofessional is the best way to describe this. When you pay a premium price for a service you expect much better customer service. Skip the store go online!!!

Organization of the store and personnel has improved significantly. Appointments are available to facilitate scheduling. Employee knowledge is still very good, but they also know how to communicate this knowledge to the average person.

Just read a recent post of the amazing manager and customer service. I surely doubt my experience wasn't with the manager but someone less enthused about his job, because it was everything but customer service. The person that met me at the door actually snapped at me when I told him why I was visiting his store that day. Not cool sir. As a business manager with over 200 Verizon phones in service, this branch has me now looking for a new carrier. Well done Tiger Town.

This is my one stop shop Verizon location for the Auburn/Opelika area! They are always well staffed and the employees are generally more experienced and knowledgeable than other locations. There's always an expert among the group so if something complicated happens it's usually a quick fix. Brandon has helped me several times and he's a freaking genius! He not only made recommendations for devices and accessories but he also identified discounts I could get by linking my business! I'm saving over $100 a month now! Well managed Verizon store here.
