Staff did not offer to help me when I entered the store. I tried finding what I needed after the manager pointed to the direction of the brand I asked her about, still no one offered to help me. I looked and could not find what I needed, so I went back to the manager at the front counter, where she stood with two other staff talking. They did not acknowledge me, They were very rude. Then the manager stayed at the front while she told the girl who was already helping someone else to show me. That person did not help me find what I was looking for again just pointed me to the area. Wow, F this place and the manager who doesn’t like to help or do anything obviously. Don’t shop here, I left with nothing and totally wasted my lunch break going here. ~B

My stylist Erica did an amazing job on creating an updo for my son's wedding. I gave her very little guidance. ~amy
