A pharmacy should not be CLOSED ALL DAY on labor day. The old one on W. Texas was even open on Christmas for limited hours.

The coupon says expires 05/15. Last I recalled, previous coupons that expire on the day of expiration can still be used on that day. It does not stop working until the end of that day, but whatever. Apparently, this is a new thing to stop working on the beginning of the day of expiration, or at least that is according to the manager on duty today. If this is in error, Walgreens should be ashamed to have trained their personnel to not know how to run their rewards system or expirations, let alone bring up people to a supervisor position and claim that this coupon that expires today already expired.

Pharmacy techs are rude as can be!!! We all have to go and get our prescriptions so unfortunately it’s not like we can avoid these people. Just know that you are not going to get professional nice people to talk to.

Rude overall. I have been to a lot of Walgreens pharmacy and this one has been the most pushy. Not sure if it is because of the location, there are a lot of people there as well.

stopping in to use ATM and pick up some items, love the special's walgreens offer, buy one get one free, or discounts, at check out I was very impressed with the service, Carlos Guzman was AHH-Amazing, he was informative, patient, professional, friendly, great attitude over all. Carlos deserves more than 5 stars for the way I was treated, we need more associates like Carlos, I could see him moving up to good future...become a manager or COA....thank you so much Carlos I greatly appreciate your service, I will look forward to be greeted and serviced by you. What a joke! They made me an appointment to get the vaccine at 8:30 but they didnt open until 9:10. Its so unorganized. It takes an hour or more so plan for the buffoonery or go somewhere else. You would thing as long as the vaccine has been out it should not be this difficult.

I've repeated had problems with this pharmacy. Refills of meds are late with no notifications or information as to why there is a hold up. About half the time the call is just dropped from their end and the other half it's a roll of the dice if you get any useful information. The Walgreens Pharmacy on West Texas is ten times better in all ways.

Doctor ordered my daughters prescription and said it would take an hour for them to fill. I wait two hours and come into the pharmacy to pick it up. A lady named Mina said she couldn’t find the prescription and asked me “are you sure you asked for this pharmacy?” I responded with yes. She then says she still can’t find it and obviously doesn’t speak good English because i had to repeat things multiple times to her. She finally found it and then asked for my insurance card. I hand her the card and she said she can’t use it and that I needed to provide her with a prescription card. I’m sorry but I thought the insurance card was just as good? The OptumRX is clearly on the back of the card and she tries to sell me the prescription saying I don’t have insurance. She then says that the prescription would take an hour to fill because they are behind. It’s been 3 hours now and still no notification that it’s done. This place is a joke, avoid at all costs!

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional staff members. This store randomly closes several hours early multiple days in a row this weekend. Yesterday it closed at 430pm and today at 6pm despite really scheduled to close at 10pm. I have been trying to pick up a fed-ex package from this particular location and had just spoken to the manager 30 mins prior to arriving at the closed store. When I got there they wouldn't let me inside, refused to answer the phones. Finally when I made eye contact through the glass of store and motioned for this African female employee to answer the phone, she did and refused to get the manager on the line. then Carlos came to the door and I asked him to just got get my package I don't need to come inside just get my package and I tried to give him the tracking #. He refused to make any attempt to help me and refused to get the manager. This was my 2nd TRIP TO THIS STOREIN 2 DAYS to attempt at trying to get my package and its really messed up when I called ahead to see if it was ready and the manager told me to come in.

They need to improve on their customer service, I called the phone kept ringing, a girl answered the phone. Put me on hold for atleast 5mins then got back on the phone and had a stanky attitude that I was even on hold for that long. When I should be the one upset, fire who y’all need to fire and hire people who actually know how to speak to customers. I shouldn’t have to be on hold for over 10mins for a simple question. To which that lady didn’t even know . 😒
