They make up stories to trap you into having to pay for services. They will lie straight to your face and say things like "you called them to approve them to do work on your vehicle when you did nothing of the sort!!! They charge you the most inflated prices I have ever SEEN!!! They are horrendously rude and disrespectful! They have NO ethics, morals, or values.
