Overall experience renting a truck with Budget Truck Rental Fairfield was great. I originally had to pick up my 16' moving truck at 11:30 AM and called to move my pick up time to 4 PM. Alfred let me know that in addition to moving my pick up time, I could also pick up my moving truck first and come back for my car bed the day after so that it wasn't in the way when I packed the truck. When I went to pick up my truck later that day, both representatives were kind and even encouraged me to call my insurance just to insure my car would be covered if I were to get into a collision (this was cause I declined the insurance they offer). The reps even assisted me with my questions about how to operate the truck, such as how how to open and lock the back truck door and ensuring my mirrors were correct. I ended up calling the next day to cancel the car bed that I originally purchased as I had a change in plans. Alfred was very kind over the phone and let me know there would be a 50% cancelation fee for the car bed. He's since taken care of that cancellation and understood my and my families reasoning for having a second driver drive my personal car. (I have never driven anything bigger than a Tahoe and after getting the moving truck I realized driving with my car attached to the truck would be a lot more difficult than I originally thought.) I don't normally leave reviews but my whole move has caused me much stress. I am glad Budget Truck Rental in Fairfield did not add to that stress. ~Quinn

While the service was fast and friendly, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered a cheesy rice and bean burrito, and a regular bean burrito. The cheesy rice and bean burrito was mostly rice and had very little sauce in it. The bean burrito had ridiculously little filling, it was like they just spread a few beans onto the inside. Probably wouldn't come back to this taco bell. ~Aneel

I am currently looking for a new bank. The service at Wells Fargo was really gone downhill. This branch always has huge lines due to them closing nearby branches. They have a ton of employees but 1/2 are standing around overseeing doing nothing productive for customers. They also won’t stop classless people from cutting in the huge lines they caused. They just ignore it because the customer experience no longer matters at Wells Fargo only the bottom line. Cant close accounts in branch. It is fine to cost cut but wait until more customers get sick of it and leave. ~Joeyliet

Beer is fantastic! Really enjoyed the caramel moo'chiato! Wicked Joan burger is great but the wicked spicy ("medium spicy") was no joke! The heat started out perfect but the spicy burn builds over time. Although I couldn't finish the burger, I still enjoyed it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Relaxed ambiance with some pinball/arcade machines. Will definitely return! ~Spencer

First time here. Food is very fresh, the place is clean and quiet, the bathrooms are clean as well. Husband ordered kung pao chicken and it was too spicy to eat comfortably.
