I was new to the area and looking for a place to have my vehicle serviced. I googled and read reviews and let me say if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve had oil changes, brake work, and they’ve even assisted in fixing an issue the dealership claimed to have fixed. I called about checking out a 1986 Mercedes 560SL to make sure it was solid to purchase. They checked everything out, gave me an inspection and called me about 4 hours after I dropped it off and said it was ready to pick up. Great communication. Great service. Jamie and Blue Springs Auto Service we’re awesome when I broke down on my way from STL to KC. She stayed late for the tow to drop my car. The diagnosis was spot on and even though I eventually decided not to fix my car and instead to get a new car, Jamie kept my car for over a week until my son could trailer it home to STL. My only regret is that I don’t live closer so I could use them all the time.

Jamie and her team have taken incredible care of our vehicles. When my son first bought his car she told him he could come by anytime for help learning how to check his fluid levels and other basic maintenance. That seems simple but it meant so much. They’ve done everything from major repairs to routine oil changes and I’d recommend them for anything. If you need help call BS Auto Service first, they’ll take care of you! Ok folks, I have served proudly as a Google Local Guide for almost 2 years now and have enjoyed my job very much. If this company could receive 10 Stars instead of 5, I would give it to them because they were able to achieve what Adams Toyota of Lee Summit, Missouri could not! The owner of Blue Springs Auto Service, Jamie, a WOMAN, assured me they'd find the problem. Well, it was a doozie because not even the internet offered a single solution but guess what? In just two days, one of their technicians worked his magic and found it! When I was told by Jamie herself, she seemed as happy as I was! I could come pick it up anytime but that was midday on a Friday and they are not open on the weekends. With my hubby working past their closing time, I confessed I'd not be able to fetch it until Monday. She quickly said without hesitation, "Well you'll need your car this weekend so I'll come get you at your house, and bring you back up here so you can have your car. NO CHARGE!". I was flabbergasted!!! Was this level of unbelievable service for real? Yes! So that is what we did. The bill was extremely reasonable and my car purrs like a newborn kitten again. → Go ahead. Ask me who will take care of all 3 of my cars from now on? BLUE SPRINGS AUTO SERVICE CENTER!!! They rock!
