The Caliber Collision staff was very professional, welcoming, and friendly. The facility is always clean and comfortable. They were up front about cost and expectations for parts and labor. I had 2 light bumper bang-ups that I needed repaired. The appraisal estimate Brad prepared was very reasonable, and he estimated 1.5 - 2 weeks to complete the work. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They kept me informed about their progress through texts. When I picked up my car it was beautiful! Not only did they make indiscernable repairs, but they washed and cleaned even the inside of my car. If I ever need body repairs to my car, I'll go to Caliber in Brea! I'm also recommending them to my friends.
