I took in to repair bumper and tail light. Paint looks good. Body panels and bumper not flush. Bumper mounting bracket was bent instead of straighten bracket. They left out mounting screw. Now I have floppy bumper. Looks like too lazy to do job right Service: Body & Trim

We had uninsured motorist crash into our work truck in front of our house one evening. We contacted our insurance company and they had The Body Shop in Simi Valley on their list of auto repair shops. We called them and Dino was our first contact. He was extremely compassionate about our needing our work truck to be repaired as soon as possible. He gave us a completion date of seven days. He had a skeleton crew but promised us that our truck would be done in the time he committed to. We were kept in constant contact with the ongoing repairs and any questions or concerns.
