Sav-On Pharmacy

For as long as I have been a customer here, I have raved about this pharmacy. I have referred others and have had nothing but gratitude. First let me start by saying that Krishna and Maria are incredible, always top-notch customer service, always willing to go above and beyond (although it’s not expected), and have taken the time to get to know their customers. There is a star for each of them. The REST of the pharmacy staff would greatly benefit from a customer service training from these two. They are extraordinary, which is why it pains me that I will now be looking for a new pharmacy. Even when I am not picking up prescriptions, they always wave hello, know me by name, and are just pleasant, good humans. Unfortunately, I cannot say that for one other pharmacy staff member. Since COVID the rest of the staff has developed a very unpleasant and apathetic attitude. It’s very off putting. I cannot count how many times a staff member has snapped at me for no reason, been rude, or been callous. It’s really not okay or untenable behavior. They have become bitter and who needs that energy? Customer service is a significant part of your job. SIGNIFICANT. I get this has been a rough year. In fact, I really do understand this... I have had 4 days off total (worked every night and weekend), working 12-18 hours a days since March 12th, 2020, in isolation. I had a traumatic fall that left me with stitches in my face and a shattered nose. I had to have surgery (non-elective) to reconstruct my nose. I have dealt with intermittent blindness, severe headaches, doctors upon doctors, upon doctors all while working every single day (even the morning after the accident). I have had people rip my profession to shreds and to say that I don’t have PTSD from this year, would be a lie. So, I get how tough things are right now, and if this were an isolated case, I would not be writing this review, but sadly, it isn’t. This has become anticipated and expected behavior from the pharmacy and it’s cringe-worthy. I have raved about this pharmacy to family and just this week a family member had a terrible experience with one of the staff members being incredibly rude. I was so embarrassed that I referred them. To make matters worse, I tried to call and get more information and a different tech snapped at me for trying to get clarity to help my family member. It was very out of line. Here’s what I haven’t done throughout all of this... I haven’t been nasty to people for no reason and I have tried to be compassionate towards others, the same cannot be said for this staff. We all have struggled, but that doesn’t give anyone some free pass to be a jerk. I make no attempt to lessen anyone else’s struggle, but these employees need to get over themselves (not sorry). Their attitudes present as if they’re superior, therefore they can behave however they want. You cannot. Golden Rule, people! Their attitudes also present as if they are inconsiderate, lack empathy, and combative. While I know your job has been extremely difficult, I would encourage you all to observe a teacher (professionals who have been nothing but society’s punching bag since August), nurse, or doctor behaving this way... When you find that these professionals are still giving endlessly with smiles on their faces despite their exhaustion, your IDGAF attitude really is a bit entitled, no? A little customer service goes a LONG way. The only two people who have remained kind throughout this year are Krishna and Maria. Thank you to both of you for your service. I’m sure when I find a new pharmacy, it will never live up to your service, but unfortunately the rest of your staff is in need of some serious customer service intervention. I just will not tolerate anymore nastiness from the rest of you staff. No one should have to either. ~Carley

I've been a patient with Dr. Foster since I was 8 years old. I am now 32, and I'm sad to say that I will be looking for a new optometrist. I just got off the phone with the new receptionist who couldn't help. Yesterday, I called the optical department about ordering a box of contacts. My insurance only allows me to have an eye exam once a year and and I needed one more pair to get me through the month until my next appointment. The lady in the optical department said she put the box on hold with my name on it so I could pick it up after work. Well when I got there, she said that she was calling all day to let me know that the inventory didn't reset so they didn't actually have a box for me. I need contacts because I can't always wear glasses. So she ordered a box of contacts for me, but they take 3 days to come in. I need contacts as soon as possible, so today I called the new optometrist (who took over for Dr. Foster) to see if they could help me with a sample pair to get me through until the box of contacts the optical department ordered came in. The new receptionist was incredibly rude, raised her voice and told me 'if I would have called a week ago, she could have given me a sample of contacts. But because I'm due for an eye exam she cannot give me a sample set.' I will NOT be going to this doctor. I am incredibly sad to hear that Dr. Foster is gone. Sad that they are losing a patient who has been going there for so many years. ~Lauren

Walgreens

The pharmacy here is the worst. Excessively long wait times and terrible customer service. Waited at the drive thru pharmacy window for over 15 minutes (after waiting for the line of cars ahead of me) and I wasn't even acknowledged. I continued to wait and still wasn't acknowledged at all. I had to call the pharmacy to ask that someone assist me. I waited another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me - no apology for the wait, no explanation as to why. I understand short staffing, but to completely ignore someone for 20+ minutes at the pharmacy window is unacceptable. Basic customer service would be to at least acknowledge a person and let them know there is a wait, rather than intentionally ignoring the person. Unfortunately, the experience is like this every visit. ~Kassondra

The Body Shop, Inc.

The Body Shop did an amazing job on my Cadillac SRX! Their level of expertise and professionalism has exceeded my expectations. Also, I am very grateful for an additional repair that was done at no charge. Not only was the end result exceptional, but the staff was amazing. Everyone there is super nice and they make sure you are completely satisfied. I will definitely come back for any future services and will happily refer The Body Shop to my friends & family. Services: Painting, Body & Trim ~Mark

Food Mart

I would give them zero if I could. Rude customer service. The cashier is selecting customer to help even if not the first in the line. She said she is helping who put gas only so I stayed in line as I will get lotto, so she helped the next customer in line who put had then he went back in line behind me as he wants lotto too. So she told him she can help him , WHAT??? I told her you said gas only and now you help the customer behind me for lotto? That was rude. I will never go there again. ~Mac
