Walgreens

The pharmacy here is the worst. Excessively long wait times and terrible customer service. Waited at the drive thru pharmacy window for over 15 minutes (after waiting for the line of cars ahead of me) and I wasn't even acknowledged. I continued to wait and still wasn't acknowledged at all. I had to call the pharmacy to ask that someone assist me. I waited another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me - no apology for the wait, no explanation as to why. I understand short staffing, but to completely ignore someone for 20+ minutes at the pharmacy window is unacceptable. Basic customer service would be to at least acknowledge a person and let them know there is a wait, rather than intentionally ignoring the person. Unfortunately, the experience is like this every visit. ~Kassondra

Food Mart

I would give them zero if I could. Rude customer service. The cashier is selecting customer to help even if not the first in the line. She said she is helping who put gas only so I stayed in line as I will get lotto, so she helped the next customer in line who put had then he went back in line behind me as he wants lotto too. So she told him she can help him , WHAT??? I told her you said gas only and now you help the customer behind me for lotto? That was rude. I will never go there again. ~Mac

7-Eleven

This rating is on one staff member's service, not on the shop, I frequently use 7-Elevens, specifically this one. I have done shopping in this place for many years and all the employees have always been professional and service oriented. Today, one of the employees was disrespectful. She said her name was Lolita (Hindu lady). I bought some stuff and she also changed $10.00 in coins for bills. She gave me $20.00 in $5.00 bills as I also asked for $10.00 cash. I then thought that maybe she could still give me a $20.00 bill instead the four $5.00s. (I needed a $20.00 bill). I went back in line and had to wait again to get serviced. When I got to her I asked her if she could changed the four $5.00 bills for a $20.00 bill. She then proceeded to ignore me and went to attend 2 people behind me. When all the clients were gone, she told me that I needed to buy something for her to changed the bills. In the past, the owner had personally changed money for me (like quarters) and was polite. This lady said in resentment that she would only change it if I bought something. I told her that I had already bought stuff. She opened the cashier two times when she could have swapped the small bills for a larger bill. She said ironically, "Sorry" as I was leaving. I told her that I didn't feel she was sorry. She could also have said politely, "I apologize, but I can't do that without you buying something else." I would have been fine with that treatment, as opposed to her "Not-my-problem/I-don't-care attitude." I ended up having to go to the bank. This is the difference between service and not servicing just because she felt like it. I also did not appreciate her resentment. ~Gilda
