Nicole is a wonderful pharmacist and very knowledgeable. Everytime I go she is always so helpful to me and my family and goes over all the meds completely with us, always answering any questions we have. I will continue to come here as long as she is there.

Worst pharmacy experience. They have screwed up getting my prescriptions multiple times. They also kept putting in the wrong birthday even when I showed them my license to get the correct birthday from. I do not recommend.

Provided FALSIFIED 🎯Date of (23rd to be Ready). Providing FACTS of🎯 Prescription Information: ALL {4} Medications LAST Filled Date Was: May 7th, 2020✓ ALL {4} Medications NEXT Refill Date Is BY: June 8th, 2020✓ • Will Go Back to Request {ALL} Prescriptions On File, and Fill Elsewhere! Soooo SAD😔

I absolutely love the Wood Ranch CVS in Simi Valley!! They are always helpful, both Pharmacy and the store. They are quick, it’s clean, the Pharmacists know our names (maybe we give them too much business...lol)! I have never had a Pharmacy so attentive and concerned. They are like a Mayberry Family Pharmacy!!

I’ve been coming to this location for several years now . I’ve been super happy up until now . NICHOLE today continued to give me miss information about a medication I have had for well over 7 years now .. the Pharmacist SNIGGA I’ve never delt with either . Hopefully these two teamed together are short lived , because there customer service skills are Unacceptable.

Usually go to a CVS pharmacy in Thousand Oaks but since I’m closer to this one, I gave it a try. Dropped off my prescription and they asked if I was going to wait for it. He said it would only take a couple minutes, and he was absolutely right :) I wish I remember his name but there were two gentlemen there at the time I went and they were both fantastic :) Will definitely go back :)

Love this pharmacy, they always know my name and are always extremely helpful and, generally speaking fast. I pick up prescriptions at least once a month and have never had a problem.

Worst drug store i have ever tried to use. I moved to Simi 6 months ago. I have talked to the manager of the store, asking her to stock a particular item for me. It has only been in stock on ONE occasion in the 6 months, though I've asked her several times. Today I went to pick up my prescriptions that are on automatic re-order. 2 of the three that I need today were not re-ordered. I am out of one of the medications. The pharmacist is at lunch and should be back in half an hour. I have to GO BACK when she is there to ask for a loan of a couple of pills until they can get the re-fill order from my doctor. I put these on automatic refill so that they would ALWAYS be ready for me. They were supposed to have contacted my doctor at least a week ago to insure that my refills would be ready for me. My old CVS in North Hills was amazing - perfect. Everything was always in stock when I needed it and my automatic refills were ALWAYS ready for me. I MISS THEM SO MUCH!!!
