It's Christmas Eve and I doubted that I'd find good tamales so late. But, they had them! And, they are delicious! I also HAD to try the carnitas, and OMG!! So delicious!! The service is outstanding. The staff are friendly. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place. Can't wait to go back and explore the market...and, of course, eat more food!

Visited Mercado Guadalajara because needed some fresh meat. All was perfect. Very good variety of meat cuts and fish. To those hispanic/latino they have seasonings, fresh vegetables, beans etc. They have a cooked food counter, I did not buy from there but there was a line so food must be good. Most of all the service and employees were excellent. Will be back!

Their hot homemade-like food is the closest I have found to Mexican food, besides the Grand Central Market in Downtown Los Angeles. Awesome prices, fast service, delicious salsas, and so on. You can have a meal to go for under $8.00. I have shopped there for years. Not disappointed once. 😋👍

I buy my chicken from them. It's always fresh at a great price. I haven't eaten there yet , however they have a mini kitchen where they are always cooking up some great smelling and delicious looking food. I will be having dinner there one day.

Mexican market and Taco/Burrito stand inside. Great place to buy salsa ingredients at a fraction of the price of the big stores. The carne ranchera marinade here is 2nd to none. Im a big fan and when I want to make carne asada at home, this is where I shop. Otherwise, meat section is OK, but not fabulous either. Taco/Burrito stand is awesome. If you want authentic street tacos of pastor, carnitas tripsas etc.. this is where you go in Simi. Burritos are big and are two meals really. Simple, but good.

Best deli food around. Lots of handmade food items in the chiller. Meat dept has great prices. Mostly go for the Special of the day tacos....soooooo yummy!!
