Been coming to these place couple times since I recently moved. The costumer service is horrible people are rude. The person making the food gave us a look when we told him he got our order wrong. The person in the carneseria wasn’t nice either. The bread seems to be old. The cashiers do not greet or tell you the total or nothing.

I’ve had many unpleasant visits here from Mold and flies in there bakery department. To the managers not having a care of there food. You would think they apologized NO they didn’t care. And they still sale cakes and jellos expired.

5*s for the bakery and great cashiers, also for the convenient water dispenser out front that takes card. Parking lot is awful but not their fault sacramento sucks xD peeps say esperanza bakery is better but those lines are NOPE so rather come here 🏼

I recently bought a half sheet cake, I choose a style from the catalog n they did it o wrong plus they charge $140dlrs, did not gave me a dam receipt, called the next day to find out the price of the cake, and they told me it was around 60dlrs. And now the don’t want to refund my money. They look at the cameras and they still asking me for the dam receipt which they never gave me. . bad customer service.

If you're thinking about grabbing something fresh and nice to eat right away... they have a little restaurant inside the store and it has the most best food I've tasted in a long time it is so delicious excellent place to go if you're in a hurry and the food is great they make it right in front of you...

Usually when I go in there I have a good experience.I called the store because I ordered a miniature watermelon when I brought it home it was rotten inside it had mold it looked really good on the outside the inside was really bad so I did not want to refund but I did want them to take it off the shelf because it was not good, siempre cuando voy compro las cosas y todo está bien esta vez compré una sandía chiquita y estaba con mojo adentro estaba roto por dentro

We went there yesterday but to tell the truth this place and any other.la superior markets are the same meat when you cook it you can tell that the meat its old. has no flavor thats realy sad to go paces like this jus to know tthat they havent change at all.it was one time that i went there and i see a lady complating that the chicken she got from there smell like dead dog. They should know that they depend on customers and they should trea them better

The other day I stop and got some carnitas., big mistake they were the worst ever . Looks like they don’t even clean the meat and the stuff before they put it to fry., the pork skin was the nastiest I ever had, it was all full of thick hair I almost vomited it. I spend 30 dollars on carnitas and all went to the trash can., I hope someone read this and do something about it
