I understand the negative reviews on poor customer service. I went there with one person in front of me and they had 3 girls working the already prepared food area. They all ignored me. It wasn't until a line started forming she acknowledged me but they passed me along and said spanish. They have to have a lot of food waste because a lot prepared food but not much action on serving the customers. This is definitely worst location for service add the fact this shopping center has horrible traffic. Definitely want to avoid. Food is not bad but a lot of other places to get good food and want your money

The grilled chicken place out front with no name that's only open 2 hours a day is amazing. Charcoal grilled, crispy, flavorful, cheap.

This place is my favorite fresh vegetables, fresh meats fresh seafood. Word of caution" do not go there hungry cause in the back they have a dining section were you just want it All!!! And in the front of it is Smoke bbq chicken with potato salad or macaroni rice n beans tortillas for families. GREAT DEAL GREAT PRICE

Went Saturday for the first time as I'm out of state. Bought some chicken " cooked " and some bread. Got back home the bread was green, smelt like dirt. The chicken had blood stains in it still and wasn't fully cooked. I honestly don't recommend going, you could definitely find better service somewhere else.

The grill next to Cardenas is a horrible business. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful since we could not place the order in Spanish. She yelled at my husband and I. I do not recommend this place at all. Customer service is essential and equality is important to all nationalities.

Best grocery store so far, everything is very fresh and inexpensive. The bakery section is my favorite, they have best cakes super moist, soft , spongy and very delicious.

Let me tell you about Cardenas outdoor BBQ. Every Wednesday and Thursday they have a $6 special. 8 pieces of leg/thighs, dozen or corn tortillas and a ½ pint of delicious chipotle salsa. Green tomatillo salsa is also available. The chicken is grilled to perfection, tender and moist. The skin is crispy and delicate and melts with every bite. Sometimes there's a line but definitely worth the wait and effort. The BBQ smell is wins out. Located on Story/King. Easy parking.

Best mexican Market in san jose hands down.. anything you can think of food related they have it ..and the grilled chicken is delicious there also👍

The smell of day old fish hits you as soon as you step in. Mostly overpriced groceries, understaffed cashiers and questionable length of time cooked food has been left out for service

I visit this store sometimes but whenever I came here I buy fresh fruits like apples 🍎, avocado, grapes and papaya. It’s a big and clean grocery store , having a big parking lot . Good service and helpful staff 👍
