10:50 pm. I pumped gas and paid for car wash. After the pump, the machine said clerk has receipt. I went to the office and it’s closed . Nobody there. I lost a car wash. It happens couple times. Store hour said 24/7 but it often closed unexpectedly. Out of receipt all the time. Stealing customers money for car wash. It’s bad for the business .

Horrible customer service, air machine never works. Paid with my card and pipe was stuck inside the air machine and they are not bothered to solve,there's not even out of service on that machine.

They close the store down early morning everyday nowadays. I stop by on my way to work just before 5am they would lock the door for various reasons, shift change, I'm by myself, cleaning. Even when there's two of them and none them are cleaning. They know there's people waiting outside but will avoid looking. If you advertise as open 24hr, make it happen.

This gasoline station it's not good the managers name is Gemma she rude and mean I always put my gasoline this area I spend 60 to 70$everyday also I having car wash 2x a week and when I buy my gasoline yesterday the sales person told I have free car wash but when I go this morning I did my car wash and some gasoline is nothing and when I'm come back I ask the manage and the manager what is ur problem again and I was shock that an professional off course I have I wrought to ask question because I'm a regular customer always everyday I put my gas that place now um did appointed that place now I hate that place

They post a sign that advertises gas as $3.34 and in tiny letters it says "with carwash". The actual price? $3.59. Totally slimy behavior from Shell, honestly disgusted.

The gas is decent quality and pricing is competitive. This gas station does get crowded, especially the line for the car wash on nice days. Later at night there tends to be a few people loitering around the station. A word of advice: if you are pulling out of the Shell station and need to make a left or U-turn on Capitol and Hostetter, PLEASE drive further up the Lucky's lot and use the driveway between the Carl's Jr and Popeye's to get back onto Capitol. You will have a much easier time getting into the left turn lane and will do so without cutting in and aggravating everyone else.

Car wash does not seem to be maintained. When I went the other day, one side of the water jets did not work. Also the wheel cleaner basically does nothing.

Awful car wash, terrible customer service. Paid $ 11 for the highest car wash, car was soapy and wet at the end. Didn't look any better than before the car wash.
