I went into the Northglenn store to get some brake work done. I was happy with how I was greeted and how helpful everyone was. Joe O even took me back to look at my breaks and explain what needed to be done. He did all the work in a timely manner and within a few hours I was out of there. They were fairly priced and I didn’t feeling like I was getting hosed or the run around. I highly recommend this place to anyone for your car or truck needs.

We had the best experience with our tire repair at the Northglenn Co. location. We are on vacation from Iowa and woke up (on day one of vacation) with a flat tire. Called Big O and then took our vehicle over to them and we spoke with Patrick. We told him we were on vacation and from out of state and he got us right in. They fixed our tire and had us back on the road within an hour! I want to give Patrick a huge shout out. Thank you so much for taking care of us with such professionalism! You made our day!

Bought 4 new tires here. A week later my car light came on. Two weeks later I came out to a flat. They never sealed my tires correctly.

I always like to get my car's tires there. They always do a good job, but last time when I got home my hubcabs were all cracked. I was going to go back but I didn't think they would belive me. That is the first time I had anything negative happen.

Advisors are awesome here. I've had pleasant experiences 3/4 times I've been to this location. However, I visited today to have my wheels balanced. The "technician" who worked on my wheels scratched every single one of my brand new wheels where the centercap goes. It's obvious that it was the tire machine that scratched these wheels because I take photos of my wheels before and after every service to inspect for damage. Additionally, I visually inspect the wheels after every service. Seeing how this shop is the only shop that has removed and balanced my brand new wheels/tires, they are responsible for the scratches. I am extremely unhappy about this. When I was a technician, I would ensure not to scratch wheels during service because I know how expensive they are. I will be happy to give a better review once this problem is fixed. I have photos with timestamps.

I called and spoke with Nicholas who was very nice. I explained I needed my brakes checked because of a bit of squeaking. Made my appointment and they promptly got me in. They checked my brakes and found nothing wrong except a bit of sand/dirt. No charge!!!! One very happy persinherr.

Brought company work truck in for oil change and transmission service. Unfortunately they didn't change the oil but rather filled it.. WITH 2 TIMES THE SAFE AMOUNT OF OIL.. (came in cause management said to). Immediately got attitude and was told "An hour or so". And all they agreed to do is drain the extra.. I'm certain they didn't do the filter either.. Place USED to be good.. will not be coming back...
