Their lab broke my beautiful expensive frames, so you are wondering why my review is 5 stars...well, the company gave me a choice of ANY frames on the floor as a replacement. Lynn was the best in assistance and oh so knowledgeable. The way it turned out the lab did me a favor in destroying the old frames. I like these people!

Absolutely rude. Literally can’t see out of my right eye and got denied to even be looked at. The doctor wouldn’t even look at my eye she told me to leave and go to vista eyecare which I did much better place. If I could leave negative stars I would. They are even rude over the phone. Rude in person. Never want to look at you so idk why I even paid for the eyecare club it would have been nice to Atleast get my eye looked at I drove all the way down to get told no. She also made me explain to her what was going on in front of everyone instead of in the exam room which is an extremely embarrassing thing considering hippa laws

Chose this place because of my vision insurance and it being close to home. August 2021 Eye exam went well. The front staff weren't very friendly or helpful. No measurements to let me know what frames were best for me. The woman just pointed to the wall. After trying a few on with the help of my husband I chose a pair. I have vision insurance. Didn't seem like it was being used. She told me it was. I have progressives so I can't get the buy one get one . Or they didn't offer it to me. Nothing was ever explained, she added additional insurance for $25 but didn't tell me until I was going over the final bill. Good they did ... will need it later. Once my glasses came in they wanted to hand them to me and be done. No fitting. I asked for them to be fitted and a woman moved the nose pieces so close the glasses sat so high. She didn't even really look at how they should fit my face. Very inexperienced. I asked for the ear pieces to be curved some she told me I didn't want that and she didn't do it. I left and tried to fit them myself by watching youtube videos. I ended up having to go back a week later because they just would not stay up on my nose and I didn't want to break them. I asked for different nose pads to be put on them, wanted try the round vs the long ones and the man helping ended up scratching the lenses in doing so he didn't put anything over my lenses and gouged them with the screwdriver... another employee called him out on it in front of me. So they used my "insurance" to replace my glasses. I had only had them a couple weeks. These glasses never fit correctly, constantly falling down. To me they are too big. I didn't want to deal with the people that are suppose to help me. Ok fast forward to March 2022. I broke a nose piece it was almost cracked off, the man there told me it wasn't - it was but just hanging on, he asked me if I've already used my insurance because it only covers one pair... I explained they used my insurance not me, they damaged my glasses not me. So he ordered another pair. The nose piece broke off completely 2 days before the new pair came in. I just picked them up this morning the woman wanted to hand them to me. I was the only one in the store and she didn't want to help me, she kept walking away didn't try to adjust them to my face smeared her hand lotion all over the lenses and tried to clean them but didn't. She didn't ask me how I wanted them fitted began curving the ear pieces a lot when I asked for the front of the frame the goes across my nose and forehead to be curved some, then we can see about the ears. She then uncurved the ears and handed them back ... other people began coming in and she was done with me and she showed me they were more important. So, I left with my glasses unfitted. $400-500 spent on glasses that I will warm up with hot water and fit them myself. I will never go back there or refer anyone to them. Each person deserves to be seen, heard and fitted. I've never not had a place sit with me and look at me to fit my glasses to my face, glasses are not an one size fits all.

We will never go back nor recommend anyone. We have progressive lenses & they did not measure for progressive lenses correctly so after waiting 2 weeks for our glasses, we couldn't even see our of them ! Wore them for there required 3 days. Gave glasses back & fought with Mandy for a month to fix claim to that we could get glasses somewhere else. It was ridiculous! Please don't waste your time and money here.

Allison was absolutely amazing. Not only did she make sure I got everything I need but she made sure I was getting the best deal. Then returning for follow up she was quick to help and remember me. She made sure my glass fit properly and were nice and clean before leaving. Surprisingly impressed with such great service just getting contact and glasses. Dr paddock was knowledgeable and was made me comfortable during exam. A++

Went here to get my glasses adjusted that I had purchased out of state at another location. The girls at the front greeted me and promptly directed me where to go (as they were extremely busy). When I got my glasses adjusted they had made them fit extremely well. I was impressed!! When I need a new exam I will definitely be back! 10/10

All the staff were friendly, and the doctor was extremely efficient and knowledgeable on top of that. She answered all of my questions and was very patient and kind even though you could tell she was extremely busy. Also, you can’t beat their price for an eye exam, even without vision insurance!

I would truly love to give this a zero.. I walk in and I'm the only one in the place.. I'm rushed at the front desk and yes I have an appointment. I'm not greated I'm not being listened to. I'm told to go sit and wait.. I get to the next exam room and she instantly tells me to stand behind a line and then read the lines. Then I have to sit down and look at the screen. I explain I need to see the eye doctor. Your not here for an eye exam.. yes I am but not for a new prescription.. oh so you don't want an eye exam..I explain that I will do whatever it takes I just need to see the Eye Doctor At which she replies oh you don't want an eye exam.... I tried to talk to the doctor who also is communication challenged. Won't listen to me and tells me also what to do .. sit down. Do this Do that and doesn't listen to me.. I was then thrust to a check out person who also didn't want to speak to me. This person just wanted to get the bill over and done with. Once again I'm still the only person in the place.. I asked her what is going on at this place why is there such an negative attitude what is the issue. She could not say any words or make eye contact. I paid the bill and was walking by the front desk. The blond say thanks for coming have a great day. .. I said what is going on here there is so much negativity.. The blond say what do you mean.. I said well it is its very negative and very unhappy and said we are done. She says to the others well that was weird.. Just beware .. the kids that run this place .. it's not good or okay .. yes it is weird to go into America's Best and be treated like you are the worst.

Paige did my exam. She was thorough, efficient, and answered all my questions. Allison and Garrett helped me choose colored contact lenses. They were awesome. Very personable and helpful. They are definitely an asset to Americas Best

Don't recommend people to go here!! Save your time and money! The so called doctor couldn't even answer questions about eye issues that we had. This doctor spoke Spanish and was a female and she was super rude! She got upset because she was running late but it was her front desk people that couldn't even find the correct patient! Worst service from the "doctor", front office people are nice but the doctor made the experience horrible. Very inconsiderate and had no compassion for her patients. Trash trash trash.
