Terrible customer service! I booked an appointment with Lonny the day before. I took time off of work to drop off the vehicle at the scheduled time. Lonny told me there was no way I could have scheduled a time, they were booked. It was my fault and I was making up the scheduled appointment. Unprofessional, can't manage a schedule. I will never go back and will be telling everyone to avoid this place

My van broke down and we had to tow it in yesterday afternoon and i have it back the very next day less than 24 hours. This is my new place for all my car needs on all my vehicles. Do appreciate the fast turn around on my rolling office. Thanks!!!!

Very low level of service and unwillingness of employees to help. I made an appointment, they asked me over the phone year and model of the car, as well as which tires I want to change. On the appointed day, I arrived at this service, and they tell me: "we dont care Michelin tires". I ask what should I do, because I gave all the information on the phone and you confirmed all? Does other store has it, how can we solve it? To each question the employee thoughtlessly repeated: "I don't care", I dont care"... I went to other tire service where people want to make difference and make a good business! I don't recommend this palce.

I am traveling through Colorado with 4 kids and woke up this morning with a flat tire. I called Pep Boys in tears, and they were able to repair my tire and put it on FREE OF CHARGE! Not only that, but they had us back on the road within a half hour of calling. I will be forever grateful for this service. Friendly, fast, and helpful!

Needed a patch on my tire. Quoted 1 to 2 hr wait. Took 35 minutes. It's always a please dealing with the guys at Pep Boys..thanks for getting me back on the road!!

I managed to run over a nail and was in a bind. Pep Boys was the ONLY place I could find that could help me out right away. They fixed my tire and didn't charge me a dime. Everyone was awesome. I will definitely be back and I'll bring my business here.

I trust only these guys, I don’t even go anyplace else because they are honest and knowledgeable. When installing my tires (purchased elsewhere), the mechanic found a hole. So they installed 3 new tires and 1 of my old tires. They told me when I have a replacement tire they will install it for free because it was not my fault it had a hole in it.That is super honest and kind!

I came in the other day to get new brakes put on, was told my rear calipers were stuck in the on position and was causing it to grind my rotors. Made sense since my rear rotor was scratched. But after closer inspection there was no brake pad. Was quoted for about $1100 and never received a call when car was ready after inspection, I got the text it was ready after i left and wouldn’t give an official form with what was wrong or an inspection sheet. When asked for one I got “well I’d have to print one” and after a couple second of a blank stare it was obvious that was asking to much and they wrote it on a sticky note….needless to say I took it to big o across the street for a second opinion. They replaced rotors and breaks for a total of 400. Nothing was stuck in the on position and I asked for the inspection sheet with the codes. Will never return.

Awesome location. Jeremy rocks, the man deserves a huge raise. The techs are excellant, clean, proficient and professional. Fast, and friendly service. I got calls letting me know how everything was going. Awesome prices. Just a great group of guys and gal. I just found my new service location. Here are the pics of my leveling kit I had them install. I'm very pleased. They installed the leveling kit, did an alignment and turned my rotors. I will be back to have them install my add a leaf.
