This place has the most horrible customer service! The guy my mother spoke with was so rude about a simple question my mom had about her prescription. But it's okay I will never recommend anyone to go here if that is how you let your staff talk to customers. Please don't try and tell me how great of reviews you have I can care less you should really teach your staff to be more respectful to customers.

My grandson’s glasses needed repair we weren’t sure if they were able to do it. Jessica was the lovely lady to help us out and was working really hard to fix his glasses, she told us that she was able to fix them. Thank you Jessica you’re awesome!

Messed up my glasses and sunglasses 😭 came here and Jessica fixed them in no time for me 🙏 This glasses shop is the only one I go to. I drive a bit just to come to this one they have the best selection of frames and everyone is so nice and will make u feel like a queen in whatever you choose

Went in a met a wonderful employee named Christy. She did a quick fix on my daughters glasses. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Will always bring my business here if this us how they treat customers. You should do the same.

The service I received from everyone in the office was fantastic! I hadn't had an eye exam in years and had been years since I had picked out glasses. Jessica helped me right away with trying different ones on & picking which ones I wanted. Upon pick up Jessica made sure my glasses & sunglasses felt great and made sure I knew I could come back if I ever needed anything. I will be visiting this office again and recommend it to others.

Simply put, the staff here is nothing short of Perfection. They got me in on New Year's eve, and made me feel like family! Dr. Heather was friendly, comforting and informative. She answered my questions and gave me her absolute best. Jessica! Oh my God, Jessica! She was patient, efficient, and dedicated to helping me get the best deal, no matter how many times she had to start over! And Esther was the fashionista cherry on top! Dr. Heather Adler and Esther are outstanding. We have found our eye care professionals. Dr. Adler’s examine was thorough and she took time to answer questions. Esther helped with our frame selection. She guided us to frames we both like! Thank you ladies! I thought we had the best eye care professionals in Loveland. I was totally wrong. I was extremely satisfied with the examination. The two ladies that worked with us in choosing lens and frame are competent. And they are fun. All of the employees are just delightful.

I was seen by Dr. Adler for the first time, I have been a patient of Pearle Vision for almost 10 years. Dr. Adler was kind and very informative as to what was going on, She is very kind and compassionate which I love in a medical provider. Esther and Kristi assisted me in getting the right glasses for me and assured me what will happen after my cataract surgery. The three of them answered all of my questions and fears about the process of having eye surgery. These ladies are awesome and I am confident the process will go as smooth as possible for me.
