I've never been a big fan of KFC. The chicken is okay, but it does seem like the chicken has been getting smaller over the years. Which is strange because I thought all of the chickens were hopped up on growth hormones these days. Some of the people at the drive-thru can be very . . . abrupt. They'll take your order, you'll get your order, but you kind of feel like you've been yelled at. I will say though, oddly enough, KFC has some of the best pot pies, and they're good at getting your order correct, which is an accomplishment here in Dumfries.

On Friday I pulled into the driveway at 9:30PM. I tried to order a 8pc meal. When I requested that I have wings. I was told that they have plenty of thighs and drumsticks but that I would not be getting a single wing. Why do you ask? Because they had already started cleaning up and did not feel like working and making me some wings to go into my 8pc meal order. I said, “So you’re telling me I can’t get a single chicken wing because you don’t feel like cooking anymore tonight, 30 minutes before you even close for the evening?” Yes, the store employees said. I just don’t feel like doing that. We have cleaned up everything. If this is your idea of working, just go home. You don’t deserve to have a job. Let along provide customer service where there clearly is none to be found. I will be calling to file a complaint with the manager. Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

The chicken isn't too greasy and sometimes they forget the cookie included with a fill-up order. Otherwise still good food!

I've never seen a wing and breast as small as this. Portions do not equate to price paid. No flavor. What happened to KFC? First time eating from them in years. Probably not again.

I went through the drive-through and the experience was strange. There was Popeyes restaurant trash by the speaker with other random garbage. As I pulled up the the window to pay and grab my food, there was a man on foot talking to the staff through the window. He moved to allow my car to pull up, but he lingered on the passenger side of my car. It made me incredibly uncomfortable. The biscuits were also dry/hard, they were out of crispy chicken and advised it would take 20 minutes, and they were out of wings. I don't frequent KFC and will keep it this way.

Drive thru personnel needs the basic greeting skills. No hello and definitely when I said thank you, she was her attention was on the next order.

Waste of money ordered a two-piece dinner and the chicken wasn't much to look at or eat. I never seen such small pieces of chicken. I could have took my money and brought chicken from store for a better outcome.
