Super helpful at Front Counter w/paperwork and ensuring got 37 back for providing used wheel rim. Excellent customer svc!! P/U part in yard office was another helpful employee. He took wheel rim n powerwashed it for me. Super effort and appreciated. Super operation n decent prices!! Outstanding staff!!

Right now they're not at the top of my list because they lied. I asked them repeatedly are they sure they can get my part in on the day they promised. Called for my part and guess what? It won't be here til Monday. Surprise surprise. I could have went to another place who cost less and I would have had my part in TWO days but because I took the recommendation of a mechanic, I am waiting a week as opposed to 3 days like I was promised.

They can get any kind of automotive part for you cheaper than dealer OEM but still kind of high but I guess that's the way life is nowadays. Great service friendly people enjoy the time with the guy that help me out

Called them and immediately they found part for my car and told me it would be available at 4pm. Got of work and got there an hour early and it was ready to go. Customer service was 100%, even the gentleman at the counter answered all my questions. Will definitely be going back for future parts...

Do not go to lkq in woodbridge Virginia. So far I’ve had to go 4 times to get a spare tire. They can’t even get that right. Wrong size, wrong vehicle, no one pulled the tire out of a trunk. Nothing but excuses and terrible service. How is this company still in business?? If you order online no one there can help you, you have to call the 800 number while your standing there to attempt to get the part you actually ordered. Ridiculous. Rip off. Incompetent. Better off going ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

We attempted to order a wheel for a customer and was told the wheel was on the truck to be delivered on a Wednesday, told the same thing on Thursday and again on Friday. When we tried to actually find out where the wheel was and when it would really be here, it was virtually impossible to get someone on the phone and when we did all of the information we got was conflicting and no one really seemed to have any idea. There overall customer service is horrible, and it would appear that no one there really has a clue what is going on. I would advise purchasing parts from any other parts dealer.
