Went in to buy a new battery for my car and the person that “helped” us was very rude. Before we could even think about if we wanted to make the purchase he rudely suggested we go to Walmart instead. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but it sure didn’t help mine. It’s not that hard be nice/helpful to people, and it’s a part of working in customer service!

Had an amazing experience. I went into the store to get new windshield wipers. Not only were they helpful finding the best parts, they attached them in the rain. At one point I felt like everyone in the store was helping me. Great service, friendly and extremely attentive and patient.

I’ve been standing here in the store now for about 10 minutes and I have to say this is the worst coustomer service I’ve ever experienced. The young kid that’s working here hear is the rudest person I’ve come across. I swear if I didn’t need parts for my car, I would stand outside and recommend going up the street to Advance Auto where I’m heading to now

I purchased some wiper blades over a week ago. The original rep didn’t put them on properly. I returned back to the store and was greeted by Terrance in the parking lot. He was so helpful and reinstalled my wiper blades. I’m especially grateful to him because a storm is scheduled for tomorrow. Thanks again Terrance for your excellent customer service.

The customer service at this place is horrible. No one in their wears a mask. The guy at the counter walked around for a good 5 minutes talking about how he couldn’t find the box of mask. And the workers that did have masks didn’t have their face covered at all. Their was no greeting of any sort at all. I will not return to this store if I can help it.

Great folks that work here. Even though I don't know what I'm doing half the time it feels like, they're really good at supporting. In the end it makes you feel like you did all the work. Which you do lol. But having that moral support helps so much. Thank you guys for the help, all of you. Now I can say I put in the LED interior trim lighting all by myself! :).
