Came here and bought windshield wipers for my car. No problem. While I was there, I ordered some floor mats for a car, was told they would arrive in a few days. Never got a call on the ETA day. I called in and they told me that my order couldn't be filled. This was a time sensitive order. My issue is I was able to order and pay for the part but then all of a sudden, the part was stated it wouldn't be filled without any reason why. Tried to refund it over the phone. They couldn't. Came in and I spent close to 30 mins trying to get a refund. Here's the kicker, they said when the part comes in, they will call. ???? After they told me they couldn't fill the order. No idea what's going on here nor do I care anymore. Not a good experience outside of the guy who installed my wipers.

Just got to this auto zone with zero percent battery life and the manager in the front help me out get a new battery on really sastisfied with his help on mothersday thanks bro

Had a question about changing air filter and cabin air filter on my car so I called the store and Gabe was able to tell me what I needed and said if I came down to the store and asked for him he would gladly install the air filter for me. Did just that and Gabe got me what I needed and made the change in seconds. He would not accept a tip, so singing his praises in this review instead. Friendly and nice customer service, highly recommend this location!

Not overly impressed with this autozone, but it is convenient unfortunately. Don't go into this location expecting to get help from the folks working. I feel like I'm more of an inconvenience to the young kids working there when asking for help.

Dropped off my car 13 years ago and they called back today telling me it's ready for pickup. Went there to get it and all they gave me back was the steering wheel. Quickest repairs in the business 5/5 stars

The multiple times I have been in this store it has been quite and clean. The employees are super helpful and very knowledgeable about different car parts and what the best products are for my specific car. And the manager, Liceth, is always a pleasure to talk to!

I agree with many reviewers about this place when it comes to customer service ..NOT the place to go if You don't know about something.! I counted at least 5 employees doing nothing. The employees just look and Stare at You ..but don't ask if You need help with something. I came in to this location in Dale City looking for some items and I had to walk out of this place ... They don't greet You ,they look at you but turn around and walk away. No Wonder ADVANCE AUTO PARTS just around the corner it's full of Customers. They are 100% better when it comes to helping a paying customer. I will ONLY visit This Auto Zone if I have nowhere else to go for what I need. I was gonna spend $300 to $400 On the things I needed for my Car, I know is not Much but I have 3 Cars...but that's ok I will go just AROUND the corner To ADVANCE AUTO parts..I'm sure they will appreciate my business. Advice ...DO NOT GO TO AUTO ZONE if You don't want to get aggravated and waste Your time
