Today we had a group of 9 people coming for brunch after the 4th of July parade everyone wanted La Taza. We had to leave immediately upon arrival because they have NO AC inside and the heat is just unbearable to dine in. We were so disappointed. I’m sure they lose business on a daily basis because of not having proper ventilation for their customers and I feel bad for their employees

Favorite spot! I really love to eat my breakfast in here before going to work, they serve fresh pan and delicious coffee. 10/10 recommended.

Had the complete French Bread breakfast sandwich, desayuno campesino, coffee, and some cake. Everything was great! The food was very fresh and delicious. Customer service was top notch and speedy. We’ll be coming back for breakfast to escape the chains.

Excellent food and the price is right. The staff is excellent and very polite. I usuallt the Spanish breakfast and it us always delucious! I keep coming all the time due to their recipite that never change. Now, the bakery area is always clean and variety of bread is always available. Since I work near by, I go for lunch and sometimes for dinner. This is my best place to eat in the area. Gracias La taza por estar en Woodbridge.

I came here for breakfast and was not impressed. I will give it a second try when they have more menu options available. The service was good; but the breakfast left me unfulfilled. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. They only had one option: ham, egg, and cheese. When I got the sandwich I was taken aback to see that only one, paper-thin slice of ham was on this huge croissant with a small fried egg and a slice of cheese. The protein to bread ratio was such that when you took a bite, you could hardly taste any of the ham or egg. I ended up removing the top portion of the croissant and folding the sandwich in half. I would not recommend this menu item in its current form to anyone. Recommendation to the owners: turn this sandwich into a meal. With the size of your croissants, you could easily put two eggs and a lot more ham on the sandwich. I’m sure your consumers wouldn’t mind paying an extra dollar for an extra egg and some extra ham. The ham used is not good quality, so I can’t imagine increasing the price more than $1 for these additions.

I used to love this place. When it first opened it was so affordable and you got a good amount of stuff for your money. They have since taken more of a corparate position and increased prices and now the food is not as good/filling. They are very stingy when it comes to the amount of egg, cheese, avocado and other things that go in a sandwich. It is run by Christians which I used to like because I thought they would always do the right thing by their customers. Usually there is Christian music playing but it is tasteful so it does not bother me. Parking can be tight. It is usually packed and the service has always been super slow. I still go every once in a while but not as much as I used to. They also run a place a few doors down called La Roca. I go there now and find it more affordable but they do not serve the same breakfast items La Taza does.

Overall good experience. Crowded on Sunday mornings. Don't expect fast food, but expect good food. Relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast baguette was good (Pan Frances con Todo) along with Salvadoran hot chocolate. Also, their sweet breads are good.

The most horrible experience with customer service. Cashier didn't greet us. had the face of "I don't want to be here, I hate my life." That is not anyone's problem but hers. I know I'm never coming back. And the bread is ok. Nothing out of this world. I do NOT recommend. And then she got mad at my sister because she didn't come back for her receipt, when my sister had no need for it.
