Awful customer service. Girl (Ayanna) at register would not talk or greet any customer. I bought soil and she was so bugged she started rolling her eyes. So I told her your going to keep rolling your eyes? She said "yeah they are my eyes", I said I understand that but your in customer service. She continued to say "I don't care". She had no customer service skills, and awful attitude. If your going to work in customer service then change your attitude. Also please train your employees, I understand it is hard to hire right now but that does not mean skip the training. My son was also with me, which was great so he can understand that if he ever works as a teen/young adult, that type of attitude is not OK. So thanks Ayanna you gave him a great example of how not to act.

I still like dollar tree but they're gonna have to change the name sooner or later my suggestion is "a buck and a quarter" lol. Dollar tree doesn't work now cause everything is a $1.25 now. Good selection and if they are having problems with stock like right, early June, helium is scares so balloons are out which sucks cause I wanted balloons for my birthday and no balloons. Or no helium for the balloons.

Manager wouldn't sell ballons with the school colors, because they were only doing graduation balloons. With the tone she said NO and walked away inside her messy office. Always with attitude and NOT friendly at all.

This Store Needs Help! Latina Parents it’s not okay To let your children run all over the store and destroy the store. The School age Child blowing the flutes the whole time in the store, and the parent won’t purchase the item. The Store is horrible, items everywhere. Suggest signs to keep children with them. This Store needs help.

Fairly clean and well stocked, I saw some if my items were $1.25 so the new pricing is in effect.

Register one had a long line due to three older ladies purchases carts full. The manager of the store saw that but only opened up register three for one Spanish speaking customer. Everyone else was directed to stand and wait in line at register one. Do better management!!!

Customer service, Customer service, Customer service, staff needs to be friendly with customers. As soon as you walk in you feel so much negativity. Management needs to work together with staff as a team to clean up the store and make it presentable. You can tell this is obviously a result of lack of management.
