$200 plus for oil change and filters was hard to swallow, but I can understand that I guess,the shroud under engine coming off after I left and finding bolts on the exit apron though, I don't get ,then they want to make it out as they were missing to begin with ,and was my fault, manager wouldn't even come up to me when he saw I was back, done

First, I do want to say that they have a friendly and fast service. So why the one star? Well, my car was making some noise. There were no lights on on my dashboard so we figured it had something to do with the tires (which turned out to be the case). We decided to take my car here on Wednesday 5/11/22. After taking it for a test drive, they said the back tires needed to be replaced and suggested the rotors and brakes be replaced as well since the rotors were rusty. They did say this part was optional and that the vehicle will still pass inspection. Since my mom had used their service before and vouched for them, I went ahead and did everything to get it out of the way. The tires, rotors, breaks, and labor was $840 which I fully paid for on the spot. They didn't have my tires in stock so I had to go back the following day for the installations. I came back Thursday 5/11/22. They serviced the car and I was told everything was good to go and that there were no other problems. Driving home, I noticed my ABS and traction control lights were on and my dashboard had the message "Driving assist is reduced. Drive carefully" that kept popping up. My car drove noticeably different and my power steering wasn't working. I called Jiffy Lube and was told to come back so they can reset the computer. I came back within 30 minutes and after some time they told me the new issues couldn't be fixed since their device wasn't compatible with the car's computer and that I had to take it to the dealership to get it reset. I asked if it still was safe to drive and they told me they didn't know. Long story short, I literally came in with a drivable car with no issues aside for the wheel needing to be replaced then left with one that wasn't even safe to drive. My mom called them after I got home and was repeatedly told they didn't touch anything electrical and therefore aren't at fault. No refunds or discounts were given nor even offered. We spoke to both the manager and lead manager who just repeated each other. The reason given for the messed up system was that it was just coincidence - that my working car just happened to get all these other problems on the same day they did service (again it worked just fine before). I took my car to the dealership the next day and they said just calibrating the system, which was what Jiffy Lube said to do, didn't fix anything. Ended up paying another $520 to get my car working safely again. I really wanted to like this place but needless to say, I will not be going back for anymore service. Services: Tires, Brakes

Needed a quick assist. Car was overheating. They were slammed busy but still took the time to take a look and topped off the coolant on the spot. Pretty awesome crew and customer service.

The gentleman who waited on me was helpful and informative. He explained various concerns to me. I visited another jiffy lube in DUMFRIES and felt like the individual wasn't being truthful however my experience at this location felt comforting. I would return.

Pulled up to get my oil changed. No one even came out to greet me. I seen a guy on his cell phone I’m still here and nobody still has came out to ask me what was going on. I will just go ahead and go to Camp Springs where I normally go this place is not cool and I will not be back Nothing you can do for me now I want to camp springs to get it done. I live in Woodbridge I shouldn’t had to go all the way back out there I don’t live in Camp Springs anymore. They should took notes from that particular jiffy in camps spring. No thanks I’m good

I can’t recommend this location enough. The guys were extremely kind and respectful. I had just left another shop (Virginia Tire and Auto), where the mechanics and supervisors were incredibly rude and unhelpful. As a female, going to a mechanic can be frustrating because sometimes mechanics will try and tell you that basically everything is wrong with your car just to try and make more money. I didn’t catch the guys name who helped me but the paper says Kenneth but whoever it was, he was transparent about what was in need of repairs/ replacing. He was even willing to show me what exactly he was talking about. He even held the door for me as I walked into the waiting room and again when I was getting into my car. Another gentleman even said, “have a great day ma’am!” As I was leaving. This experience was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to the service I had at the other shop, that I mentioned above. Again, I can’t recommend this location enough nor could I speak any more highly of them. I will definitely be bringing my car back to this location. Thank you! Service: General repairs & maintenance

The workers here were super friendly and professional. The only reason for 4/5 stars is they diagnosed my issue incorrectly which I found out later after taking it to another shop to get fixed. Had I known the correct issue I could've saved myself some money. It's not a huge deal though, and I really appreciate the friendliness of the employees

The Jiffy Lube next to Occaquan is excellent and the only one that I will use. Sometimes people think Jiffy Lube doesn’t do good work, says they’ll do work and don’t complete it or charge for unnecessary things. This Jiffy Lube does not do any of those things! They have told me when I don’t need some thing done, saving me money and they have always completed the work perfectly, in record time and with top-notch materials. I use the most expensive oil and it works excellently with my Chevy Cruz. I won’t go to a different Jiffy Lube and I recommend this one with a complete and clear conscience. They are professional and are very helpful so I hope you’ll stop by and see them. Tell them Mary sent you :-) Service: Oil change

I have a white 2018 Mazda3 This is the second time I’ve been. The first time they stole an air cap for 2 of my tiers, that wasn’t too bad, didn’t really care. Today I went and got my oil changed, made me step out, and was not surprised to see my glove box suspension was “taken out” or “damaged”, they never mentioned it and probably won’t. If you can don’t go here, go to your cars make dealership to get good and ethically correct service! Service: Oil change
