5 Best auto repair shop in Woodbridge, Virginia (VA) 2024

I can’t recommend this location enough. The guys were extremely kind and respectful. I had just left another shop (Virginia Tire and Auto), where the mechanics and supervisors were incredibly rude and unhelpful. As a female, going to a mechanic can be frustrating because sometimes mechanics will try and tell you that basically everything is wrong with your car just to try and make more money. I didn’t catch the guys name who helped me but the paper says Kenneth but whoever it was, he was transparent about what was in need of repairs/ replacing. He was even willing to show me what exactly he was talking about. He even held the door for me as I walked into the waiting room and again when I was getting into my car. Another gentleman even said, “have a great day ma’am!” As I was leaving. This experience was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to the service I had at the other shop, that I mentioned above. Again, I can’t recommend this location enough nor could I speak any more highly of them. I will definitely be bringing my car back to this location. Thank you! P Mills Mobil has everything you need. E85? Perfect. Food Trucks occasionally? Yep! A shop to get your inspection and oil change? Of Course!! Even 2 amazing dogs to love on! I’ve been coming here for years. Love is definitely someone I know my trust would not be broken by. The communication is top level. If you don’t understand what’s going on with your car he will take the time to fully explain it to where you’ll understand. He’s not like a dealership where they will only tell you half the story so that way you keep going back. Your car or bike will be fixed right the first time. ~Jantelle

Took my car here after it needed some work to the back and side after a collision. They were amazing, from booking the appointment to pick up time. Brian was very attentive and polite. He updated me every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable with the shop and work. I highly recommend them. ~Daiana

Such an amazing experience at the (new) Ourisman Dodge dealership. My salesperson, Dominique was a pleasure to work with. She answered questions before I arrived, had paper work done to reduce my time spent purchasing the vehicle, and had the best follow up I’ve ever had from buying a vehicle. This dealership also had a concierge, Jennifer who helped me to understand extra services they provided but not in a pushy way at all. My finance manager, Daniel, was very clear on pricing and payments, and worked above and beyond with me to get into what I felt comfortable with. I had a great conversation with him as well, and I believe that is a common theme for the staff here - I felt like I was able to temporarily join a group of people who really enjoyed their jobs and put the customer at heart.
