Best car dealer in Woodbridge, Virginia (VA) 2024

The day before going to Koons Kia of Woodbridge I went to another Koons and the price of the same car was about 12,000 more. I was so sad because I have wanted an EV6 since I saw the ad on YouTube months back. My wife took the initiative to call other Koons while I was sleep and she was able to speak with Ahmed at the Woodbridge dealership. From start to finish he was amazing and we got a great price. He even had the car charged and ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. I am a bit dramatic but he kept me calm and laughing during the entire process, which maybe took a hour. I have never been in and out of the dealership so fast. Ahmed explained everything perfectly and made me feel comfortable. He was highly professional and has answered any question I’ve had, even after I left the lot. The loan officer, Sheriff (I believe that’s how you spell his name), was amazing as well. Very knowledgeable and professional. Both handled me with such ease and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to complete the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Ahmed to help you with your next vehicle purchase. 10 out of 10 & I will with out a doubt return for my next vehicle!!! ~Jessica

Such an amazing experience at the (new) Ourisman Dodge dealership. My salesperson, Dominique was a pleasure to work with. She answered questions before I arrived, had paper work done to reduce my time spent purchasing the vehicle, and had the best follow up I’ve ever had from buying a vehicle. This dealership also had a concierge, Jennifer who helped me to understand extra services they provided but not in a pushy way at all. My finance manager, Daniel, was very clear on pricing and payments, and worked above and beyond with me to get into what I felt comfortable with. I had a great conversation with him as well, and I believe that is a common theme for the staff here - I felt like I was able to temporarily join a group of people who really enjoyed their jobs and put the customer at heart.
