Such an amazing experience at the (new) Ourisman Dodge dealership. My salesperson, Dominique was a pleasure to work with. She answered questions before I arrived, had paper work done to reduce my time spent purchasing the vehicle, and had the best follow up I’ve ever had from buying a vehicle. This dealership also had a concierge, Jennifer who helped me to understand extra services they provided but not in a pushy way at all. My finance manager, Daniel, was very clear on pricing and payments, and worked above and beyond with me to get into what I felt comfortable with. I had a great conversation with him as well, and I believe that is a common theme for the staff here - I felt like I was able to temporarily join a group of people who really enjoyed their jobs and put the customer at heart. Will definitely be buying another vehicle in the future. ~Jonathan
