Bad customer service. Too many teens working here and act like they don’t wanna work or help anyone. My husband needed help and the guy didn’t even want get out from the cashier register. I Once took my battery here and said it was good battery and it will take 5 hours to charge.picked up my battery and it wouldn’t start. Took my battery to another auto zone on route one and they told me that the battery is not good and it only takes 45 mins. Don’t go to this auto zone if you wanna get your time wasted. I highly recommend to go to the one on route one they have the best customer service and helpful staff. ~Yanet

Today we had a group of 9 people coming for brunch after the 4th of July parade everyone wanted La Taza. We had to leave immediately upon arrival because they have NO AC inside and the heat is just unbearable to dine in. We were so disappointed. I’m sure they lose business on a daily basis because of not having proper ventilation for their customers and I feel bad for their employees ~Gabriela

Awful customer service. Girl (Ayanna) at register would not talk or greet any customer. I bought soil and she was so bugged she started rolling her eyes. So I told her your going to keep rolling your eyes? She said "yeah they are my eyes", I said I understand that but your in customer service. She continued to say "I don't care". She had no customer service skills, and awful attitude. If your going to work in customer service then change your attitude. Also please train your employees, I understand it is hard to hire right now but that does not mean skip the training. My son was also with me, which was great so he can understand that if he ever works as a teen/young adult, that type of attitude is not OK. So thanks Ayanna you gave him a great example of how not to act. ~Ashley

I can’t recommend this location enough. The guys were extremely kind and respectful. I had just left another shop (Virginia Tire and Auto), where the mechanics and supervisors were incredibly rude and unhelpful. As a female, going to a mechanic can be frustrating because sometimes mechanics will try and tell you that basically everything is wrong with your car just to try and make more money. I didn’t catch the guys name who helped me but the paper says Kenneth but whoever it was, he was transparent about what was in need of repairs/ replacing. He was even willing to show me what exactly he was talking about. He even held the door for me as I walked into the waiting room and again when I was getting into my car. Another gentleman even said, “have a great day ma’am!” As I was leaving. This experience was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to the service I had at the other shop, that I mentioned above. Again, I can’t recommend this location enough nor could I speak any more highly of them. I will definitely be bringing my car back to this location. Thank you! Came here and bought windshield wipers for my car. No problem. While I was there, I ordered some floor mats for a car, was told they would arrive in a few days. Never got a call on the ETA day. I called in and they told me that my order couldn't be filled. This was a time sensitive order. My issue is I was able to order and pay for the part but then all of a sudden, the part was stated it wouldn't be filled without any reason why. Tried to refund it over the phone. They couldn't. Came in and I spent close to 30 mins trying to get a refund. Here's the kicker, they said when the part comes in, they will call. ???? After they told me they couldn't fill the order. No idea what's going on here nor do I care anymore. Not a good experience outside of the guy who installed my wipers. ~Ali

Out of the way of the main shopping area and bit ghetto, but received helpful service from an older worker named Mo for a part that was not available at half a dozen stores nearby me. I was surprised by the young age of the other workers - they were pretty useless. There was also an older Spanish-speaker male worker outside helping a woman with her car, and he seemed very helpful and engaged with her car problem. Overall neutral/fine trip, so 5-stars. Hopefully I won't have to be back in Dale City again! ~Jen

If I could give them zero stars I would. No type of assistance at all, manager on duty just stood there and looked dumb founded. I came to get assistance on new battery that was installed by another advanced auto parts because it kept stalling randomly. So it stalled right in front of this particular Auto Parts so I figured hey could somebody come out and at least tell me why it keeps doing it or check to see if they installed it right? Which I thought was a fair assessment. After waiting to be acknowledged for several minutes I finally ask and was told to just go back to the store that installed it. Mind you they have FREE battery testing and installation and I would have even tipped or paid something just for some type of assistance. So instead of helping me or even coming to see what the issue was I was turned away and told to go else where??? And this was 2 older black gentleman, one which seemed to be the manager. Needless to say I had to pop my hood and rig it to start myself but those 2 men were completely useless. ~Q's

The day before going to Koons Kia of Woodbridge I went to another Koons and the price of the same car was about 12,000 more. I was so sad because I have wanted an EV6 since I saw the ad on YouTube months back. My wife took the initiative to call other Koons while I was sleep and she was able to speak with Ahmed at the Woodbridge dealership. From start to finish he was amazing and we got a great price. He even had the car charged and ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. I am a bit dramatic but he kept me calm and laughing during the entire process, which maybe took a hour. I have never been in and out of the dealership so fast. Ahmed explained everything perfectly and made me feel comfortable. He was highly professional and has answered any question I’ve had, even after I left the lot. The loan officer, Sheriff (I believe that’s how you spell his name), was amazing as well. Very knowledgeable and professional. Both handled me with such ease and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to complete the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Ahmed to help you with your next vehicle purchase. 10 out of 10 & I will with out a doubt return for my next vehicle!!! ~Jessica

P Mills Mobil has everything you need. E85? Perfect. Food Trucks occasionally? Yep! A shop to get your inspection and oil change? Of Course!! Even 2 amazing dogs to love on! I’ve been coming here for years. Love is definitely someone I know my trust would not be broken by. The communication is top level. If you don’t understand what’s going on with your car he will take the time to fully explain it to where you’ll understand. He’s not like a dealership where they will only tell you half the story so that way you keep going back. Your car or bike will be fixed right the first time. ~Jantelle
