I had a decent experience with them the first time I went, but this most recent one - I was about ready to lose my mind. As I am away from the Woodbridge area most of the year (due to school), I thought I would arrange to have my medication ready for the weekend I would be back in town. I called Wednesday to request a refill to which I was told the ingredients were available however the compounding Pharmacist would not be in until Friday. I tell them "no problem, I'd like to pick it up that Saturday"
Saturday rolls around and I enter the pharmacy with the expectation that I would be in and out (as I had given them my credit card info over the phone already). I give the technician my name and she begins looking, for what seems to be, all over the small pharmacy for this medication. She then tells me that it hasn't been made since the Pharmacist was only available on Friday and the ingredients hadn't come in yet. To my knowledge, nothing needed to be ordered - it was just a matter of the Pharmacist compounding the medication. She then offers me delivery, and if there was even the slightest bit of communication that happened at this location, she would've known that I currently live out of town. She explains to me that it's fine, the pharmacy can fedex the medication to my new address MONDAY.
So here we are now - Monday. They've yet to start making the medication because the ingredients still have not yet arrived.
This location has awful communication, they set unrealistic expectations, and have outrageous prices for mediocre service. Save your time and money. ~Henrietta
