I had a decent experience with them the first time I went, but this most recent one - I was about ready to lose my mind. As I am away from the Woodbridge area most of the year (due to school), I thought I would arrange to have my medication ready for the weekend I would be back in town. I called Wednesday to request a refill to which I was told the ingredients were available however the compounding Pharmacist would not be in until Friday. I tell them "no problem, I'd like to pick it up that Saturday" Saturday rolls around and I enter the pharmacy with the expectation that I would be in and out (as I had given them my credit card info over the phone already). I give the technician my name and she begins looking, for what seems to be, all over the small pharmacy for this medication. She then tells me that it hasn't been made since the Pharmacist was only available on Friday and the ingredients hadn't come in yet. To my knowledge, nothing needed to be ordered - it was just a matter of the Pharmacist compounding the medication. She then offers me delivery, and if there was even the slightest bit of communication that happened at this location, she would've known that I currently live out of town. She explains to me that it's fine, the pharmacy can fedex the medication to my new address MONDAY. So here we are now - Monday. They've yet to start making the medication because the ingredients still have not yet arrived. This location has awful communication, they set unrealistic expectations, and have outrageous prices for mediocre service. Save your time and money.

Need consistent price on their products. I came in to have my medication refilled after a year and was quote for $100 copay. The same medication was filled last year for $25 copay. The clerk kept telling me it's was $100 last time. Come on man! Update: I brought the same prescription to Walgreens and copaid $25. smh...

I really like this pharmacy. They are very helpful, nice, and the deliver in Woodbridge. You just pay whatever your copay is.

I stopped going to them when ever I came to get me medication they told me oh credit card machine down or they would say my insurance wouldn't pay for certain meds I called my insurance company they said that's not true these people try to hide money .they used to be woodbridge pharmacy I think DEA or pharmacy needs to look it to

I stopped going to this pharmacy because of the attitudes towards customers from their staff! Extremely rude customer support, when overcharged they get short with you when you ask them to correct it. They also allowed someone to use a photo of my credit card to charge my account! It was a fraudulent charge and they promptly refunded my card but what did they accept a photo for in the first place!!! They are also the highest priced pharmacy in the area! If you don't have insurance go to Wegmans they are about 30% cheaper and will accept your discount card which they are legally required to do but Goodcare Refuses!!!!!

Great place if you're looking for a smaller pharmacy. I don't have to wait for hours and they're very helpful. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you.

My CVS Pharmacy could not get the medication my daughter needed, so her dermatologist called in her prescription to Good Care Pharmacy. They called me within 10 minutes to say they filled her prescription, they supplied the coupon making it $15 and offered to deliver it to our home. I picked it up, the staff was super nice, and so helpful. Great service, great staff.

I would of gave a 5 stars. The young lady who helped me when I first walked in was very sweet and gave me the information that I needed regarding my medications. This is a nice and convenient pharmacy and they were quick in filling in my prescription. Thank you . But the young lady that sits at the first window was not pleasant AT ALL. She gave me my total and then I gave her my method of payment and she tossed my credit card back in the tray . I signed my receipt and placed it in the tray and she tossed my receipt on the counter. Don't know what the issues were but if you claim to be Goodcare please provide better customer service. I understand we all have bad days but damn this wasn't necessary then to top it off I said thank you and her response was um hmm. ???? Really?? She did help the other two customers in pleasant manner. But I won't go again.. If I do find out the insurance I have covers these medications I will make sure to comeback for refund. Being in healthcare for 20 plus years this is not how you are to patients.

Seem to be nice enough OCCASIONALLY.... But their hours stink and if you have a problem forget about it theyve takennober 3 months to straighten out a prescription and its still not taken care of. So buyer beware
