-Never Have My Medicine ready even after calling it in days in advance. -The staff takes longer lunch breaks than what are posted. -Staff are rude to customers! -Will not answer the phones. -Long lines/Long wait times.

Slow never on time and when you talk to anyone or ask about why your meds aren’t ready then they get rude. Not professional at all. And if your lucky and your meds are ready then be ready to stand in a line for 30 mins to an hour. Since the nice blonde lady pharmacist left this place has hit rock bottom!!!!!

I needed to pick up a prescription for my uncle and they really think it's acceptable to have over 20 or 30 people waiting in line. Where do they get the nerve to think my time is so worthless as to wait in a line that long. Most of my family has left Kroger Pharmacy because of this I will be seen to it that he leaves to there is no reason for there to be a line that long other than you are not hiring enough people to do the job

The pharmacy used to be on point but I guess they're short on pharmacist now And let's just say the one that's there now needs much better professional attitude waiting 4 to 5 days is unacceptable and not just me that's upset seems there's a simple solution first come first serve you know the way it Used to be

If you like waiting in line for well over an hour only to find they don't even have your medicine......this is the place for you. The past few months have been a nightmare at this place. Get. It. Together!

Usually quick to answer the phone when I have called. And good with helping get the price down on prescriptions. I have no insurance so it's good to have help with it. My migraine meds are expensive

They do not honor when they tell you prescriptions will be ready. They have cheated my mom out of her insulin twice.

very poor performance, never on time, no drive through, nice people behind the counter but very slow. Might as well go to Walmart or somewhere else. Kroger average wait time is more than 1 hour any day of the week. If you need your meds on time better go to CVS as they are on time and meet or exceed the estimate time. tech are slower than my grandma, to give a reasonable comparison, not being over dramatic, just realistic.

They are the horrible anymore - prescriptions called in yesterday. I called to see if they are ready and am informed they are working on the last one now so I said I would come get them. She says I’ll be done tomorrow”? This is only one of many times they have screwed up and when you question them - they are RUDE! I only used them because of insurance but will be checking to find out where else I can move to.

We formally got our prescriptions from here. They were doing really good at first but then, over time, they began to get slower and slower. I would call my prescriptions in, thinking that it would be ready the next day like most pharmacies do. Yeah okay. When I go pick it up the next day, they still wouldn't have it ready and I would have to wait an extra 30-45 minutes for something that should have been ready before I got there. Don't get me wrong, the staff are awesome but they're just not punctual enough for my taste.
