The worst, it was a disaster this weekend. Waited for 20 mins in line, the printer broke, took 20 minutes to pay for my Rx's. They claimed I needed a "consultation " despite having all refills and no new meds. Waited 20-30 mins to speak with a pharmacist, when I did, we discovered that they had filled an Rx I told them not to, from 3 months ago. I asked for a refund, took them another 20 minutes to get a "manager" who made me walk all the way up to the service desk for my refund. Im disabled and had been standing for almost an hour at that point. My knees were killing me. I am up there, and it takes 3 different "front end specialists " according to their badges another 15 minutes minimums to get me a refund. I was in agony and livid by the time I walked out. I have no choice, this is the only pharmacy my insurance covers, but there is ALWAYS an issue when I pick up my Rx's.

I've been to this pharmacy multiple times and they always do a fantastic job. No issues at all and short waits. I'm not sure why people are giving them low ratings

Advertised hour are not correct. Waited in line for 10 minutes, then was told they would be closing for lunch in 5 minutes, my script wasn't ready so they told me to come back (and wait in line again presume) in an hour. I saw no signs announcing this 1:30PM lunch. Since there were 4 people there, I recommended they take lunch one at a time so they wouldn't have to stop service. They looked at me like I had 3 heads. Will never come back to this pharmacy.

Why does the Pharmacy close at 2pm. I had my husband get his Rx and he told me that they close the registers at 2pm. Why? This is during business hours, and they told him that he has to come back after 2pm.

I needed my life saving medication but I had a coupon from $280 to $60 they decided it was too much trouble to do my coupon medication instead of going to lunch. I had to go on a plane trip and could not wait for them to finish their lunch. Instead of getting my medication, I had to get on to the plane trip without my medication. Thank you Pharmacy Derrik if that is your real name for deciding that your lunch is more important than my life. When I get a chance I will be changing my orders to another pharmacy.
