I'm only giving 1 star because I got to in order to leave a review. Terrible service. Nobody asked if I needed help. Told a lie about putting something on my device. Told me they didn't do that service for people not in there network.when went back to speak to a manager he said they did do that service.

Danny was awesome and such a helpful sale representative. He took his time and was patient. I don't really like dealing with most sales people but I was comfortable with him and felt valued as a new customer. A great asset to your company US Cellular! I do see him being a store manager soon!

Charlotte is our favorite sales rep in Martinsville and would recommend her to anyone who goes in that store. She is friendly, efficient, knowlegable and great to work with.

Waited over an hour just to pay my bill. No one spoke or even acknowledged I was there. Only helped once they were interrupted by another patron with a simple request. This was the Martinsville location I usually use the Galax store and I've never been made to wait or been ignored there.

Updated: They have redeemed themselves by having Mckenize working there (I made sure to get her name) Awesome customer service, to the point, very polite, and KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING...unlike most of these other local store's "associates". Great customer service! Thank you. ------- Terrible Service. This is twice i have been there. The first time i go somewhere (like usual) i dont write a review, but the second with the same service...this is not a fluke. US Cellular has top notch Customer Service on the phone...but these stores...no wonder Verizon is number one. If i had went to the store before i called them for switching my service, it never would've happened....their stores fail, unfortunately this one is a prime example. now twice i have walked out. I'll stick with calling from now on...if they cant help...ill switch to another company. i AM NOT gonna beg someone to take my money.

It was a long wait and they never said hello we will get you in a few or anything. Then they finally asked me was I just paying my bill and helped me. This was in Martinsville. Rocky Mount always says something to me

Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of android and apple phones and accessories monthly payment plans and credit checks. Also have tablets and bluetooth devices.
