Worst experience with Cotsco Pharmacy, my Dr sent my prescription, went I arrived the lady at counter says they don’t have it they have to order for next day, came back the next day they said they don’t have in stock why she didn’t say anything from day one , 3 days without my medication thanks Cotsco pharmacy very frustrating situation bad customer service

I have been to this pharmacy twice. The first time was to fill a prescription for my dog. The pharmacist was so rude. I forgot her name but she’s always by the prescription drop off window. She seemed so frustrated by our questions and did not want to help us understand the process or look interested in pretending to care about helping us. Today I went to pick up a prescription for myself and Ely assisted me. He was also very agitated and rude. He was quick to assume I was blaming him when I had a question about the price of the prescription and using a coupon my provider gave me. I called my physicians office to fix the issue and he was so impatient and raised his voice with me and my provider as we tried to troubleshoot. I wasn’t blaming him at all and even apologized for the confusion and he waved me off as if I’m he couldn’t be bothered with helping me. He just assumed that I thought it was a mistake his end even though I explained I just wanted to know why it wasn’t working he said I’ve been doing this for a long time I did it the same I did it with everyone else. His attitude, mannerisms, tone, and overall customer service was infuriating. Way below the bar for what you expect at Costco. I will fill my prescription at CVS moving forward. Please talk to your pharmacy. They need to learn manners.

Waited 20 minutes for the man behind the counter to locate my prescription, I showed my Costco ID and showed myGood RX Gold. He said, he already rang it up and could not recharge for the lower price. I told him to cancel the order if he couldn’t charge me the correct price and I left the store! Very poor customer service. FYI Came home, and called back the pharmacy. Found out the price that was originally quoted was the Good RX Gold price but the counter person did not say that.

Staff is routinely friendly and helpful in person and on the phone. Medications have been filled promptly and accurately. Pharmacy has faxed Dr. when scripts were expired and left me a message informing me when Dr. renewed. Prices are very competitive. Not sure what else you'd want from a pharmacy. Update: I received OUTSTANDING SERVICE when my prescription wasn't filled correctly and not entirely due to Costco. The error was a mixture of poor handwriting from the doctor that noted an incorrect format for the drug and the fact that I didn't pick up my own prescription (I would have noticed it looked different.) Nevertheless, the pharmacy immediately called the doctor for clarification and filled my prescription at no charge. The pharmacist came out personally to apologize, ask if I had questions and refund the cost of the first prescription as well. I really can't think of anything else I could possibly want as a customer. Thank you and I will be back.

Worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Sloppy, lazy, and disrespectful service. Would give Zero stars if I could. The pharmacists have lost several of my prescriptions, and refused to try any other way to find one than typing in my date of birth once. Blamed the doctor for not sending it even after the confirmation was given. Then blamed me for not getting new prescriptions. Had to get the warehouse general manager involved for the pharmacists to finally call the doctor. When they finally found the prescription they refused to fill it for another week.

I just called and spoke with Jhill (Jill). She was very pleasant, answered all of my questions. If this is any representation of their pharmacy in general, I will be delighted. She did say they accept GoodRx prices.
